1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience.
In the current era, cloud computing is rapidly developing day by day. I have gained different
knowledge in the context of cloud computing. From assignment 1 and 2 I also come to know
the usefulness of cloud computing. I have gained knowledge that cloud computing can be
used for managing and processing data rather than a local server or personal computer. I also
came to know the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing for businesses. This
helps me in taking the right decision for the completion of my course as well as project. I
think that the basis of cloud computing assists me in enhancing my technical skills. I come to
know that the safety issues are affecting the growth and development of the organisation. The
use of cloud computing will be helpful in maintaining a backup of the important information.
This study helps me in knowing the importance of cloud computing in the organisation as
well as in personal life. I come to know that the effective use of cloud computing helps in
increasing the productivity and profitability of the firm. Now I am able to know the positive
as well as negative impact of using cloud computing within the organisation. I learned that
the capital expenditure of organisation can be reduced by enhancing the speed in the market. I
analysed that the use of cloud computing provides various opportunities for sustaining in the
comparative market. I also determine the negative impact of using cloud computing in an
organisation. Cloud computing has limited control over their customer.

2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you.
This learning assists me in completing the overall course in a systematic manner. I analysed
several techniques and tools in the context of cloud computing. The effective use of cloud can
be used in various sections of course. From the learning process, I come to know the
advantage and disadvantage of using cloud computing. For my further studies, I can choose
cloud computing as my main subject. I am able to enhance my skills and knowledge in the
context of the cloud. I can also teach my friends and colleagues about the cloud technology.
This will be helpful in increasing my personal and technical skills in an effective way.
This learning process helps me in the completion of my course program. The basic ideas of
cloud computing assist me completing the research in an effective manner. This study is very
effective and efficient for the future business program. If I will establish my IT business, the
use of cloud computing will be helping me managing the organisational information. This
research study has helped me to know the advantage and disadvantage of using cloud
computing within the organisation. I also come to know that the appropriate use of cloud
computing technology helps in the competing with the market vitals. If I got the opportunity
to work in a reputed multinational company I can easily be able to share my innovative skills
and abilities for the development of the organisation.
While creating my own business, the advantages of cloud technology can be helpful in
accessing the information from any of the locations via the internet. From this study, I got
chance to increase my technical skills for enhancing my current as well as future career. In
daily life, cloud computing technology can be used in email, banking, media streaming and
others. Cloud technology helps in online shopping of product and services in an effective and
efficient way.

3. Describe objectively what happened in the learning process.
For a systematic learning process, various articles, journals, and books are used. I have a very
depth study of this research for knowing the disadvantage of cloud computing technology.
Different views and opinion of people are useful for getting an effective result. I realise that
the issues which are identified in cloud computing are only related to the safety and the
storage of data that are not identified in the research. I have also taken some important
information of literature review, novels for an effective research. This learning process is
developed in a systematic way. In the very first step, literature review and gap opportunities
of cloud computing are discussed. Research question and design are also conducted for the
purpose of research. In this research qualitative as well as a quantitative method are used for
collecting the important information related to the project. Group discussion, interviews are
held with the customers for determining the reviews and opinion from the individual.
From the learning process, I learned that while using cloud technology it is important to
analyse its disadvantage. The series of primary and secondary question is made in the
previous assignment so that the response of individual can easily be gathered.

I have learned the advantage and disadvantages of cloud computing for business. I come to
know that how the advantage of cloud computing can be used for enhancing the development
and expansion of the business. The major issue of cloud computing is security in which the
storage of information and data can get hacked by others. The business research is helpful
for the learning process. From the business research, I have determined various important
points which can be used in further research. In the future business, the use of cloud
computing technology can be used for managing the storage of information. I have also
learned that the quantitative research technique is more useful than qualitative research. The
collection of numerical data can easily be used within the project rather than the subjective
data. I determined that the use of cloud computing has positive as well negative effect on the
organisational business. The gaps and limitation within the project need to be considered in
the future research project. I learned that the organisation can easily do marketing of their
services by using online cloud computing.

5. Explain your learning process.
The learning process is divided into two assignments in which different information and ideas
are described in the context of cloud computing technology. The selected topic describes the
direction of the report. The project scope and objectives are also determined in this research.
The main objective of this research is to determine the frequency of cloud computing in the
respective business. The scope of this project is to attain the organisational goal and objective
by using cloud computing technology. In the next phase, the overall introduction of the
report is done. In the literature review, the advantage and disadvantage of cloud computing
are discussed. Cloud computing is also known as the warehouse of important information and
data. I have seen that the maintenance capabilities of organisation can also be enhanced by
using cloud computing technology. The gap opportunities within the research are also
analysed in the learning process. The breaches which are determined are related to the safety
of data and information. Cloud computing is not able to cover a wide range of the population.
Later, I have framed the research questions and hypothesis for developing the effective
timeframe for developing the research. It helps me in analysing the reviews, opinions, and
issues related to the research project. Qualitative and quantitative research methodology is
used for gaining cloud technology knowledge. Qualitative method is used for dealing with the
reviews and opinions in the context of numbers. Quantitative research is done for justifying
the hypothesis and general conclusion of the overall research is analysed. At the end of this
research project, different limitations are described in context to the project. The research is
not conducted in the right time period which creates trouble in the research.

This learning process is used for the completion of the course study and also for my future
study or business. The skills and abilities which are gained from this research can be used for
business presentation and interviews. I will be able to face the issues which can be arising
within the organisation. This will be helpful in promoting my position and skills in the firm.
For an effective future business, I can easily use the advantage of cloud computing
techniques within my organisation for a better result. The marketing values of organisation
can also be increased by the use of this learning process. This learning process can be applied
to enhancing the future profession. The basic knowledge and skills of cloud technology have
the ability to tap into massive quantities of organised as well as unorganised data to attach the
profit of business ethics. I can be able to know the advantage and disadvantage of cloud
technology for effective business activities. I can also use develop navigation application by
using cloud technology. From this application, people can easily be traced in any place. In
order to provide real-time updates, navigation program helps in providing traffic, weather
forecasting of nearby places.
I can also use the cloud technology skills in my startup business related to online shopping.
24% of the consumer is using online shopping on their daily basis. I can use the software as a
service (SaaS) in which the customers can easily run their direct sell applications by installing
the organisational program. The implementation of online shopping sites will be helpful in
providing suitable revenue for my personal development.
