2 INTRODUCTION
The education industry in Australia has grown enormously in the recent times. The industry is
now considered to be increasing with global competition for the international students, and the
threats to Australian education export markets from growing competition. The education and the
training sector involves the teachers in the elementary, primary and the high schools where there
are range of people in administrative and support roles as well. The bilateral relationship
between the Australian and the Canadian standards is set to study about the advancements and
how the universities or the institutions need to work on proficiency in English along with the
proof to pass any prescribed test of a language with the minimum grading standards. According
to the Australian Bureau of statistics where the export earnings of education tend to cover the
different number of foreign student consumptions in Australia, including the transport,
entertainment and the domestic vacation.
3 PROJECT OBJECTIVES
The objective of the report is to focus and provide the data with information on line to help the
Australian education institutions to improve the marketing standards for the international
students with promoting international education. It will also reflect on the changes in policies
from Australian government and the research will directly influence the rate of enrolment. The
observation of the data comes with the safety of overseas students in Australia where the
influence is of the overseas student enrolment.
4 PROJECT SCOPE
The analysis is based on focusing on how the government will be able to work on the higher
number of the overseas student. There is a need to search the information from government
website and find information of policy change from government.

5 LITERATURE REVIEW
The international education industry is Australia's second largest industry 。 The traditional
competitors are on international education market for CA, US and UK who tend to target growth
for international student numbers (Sriprakash et al., 2016). In fact, the most important competitor
for Australia in the study abroad industry is Canada. According to date of international student
enrolment in Canada, that provided from Canada Government, we clearly understand why the
main traditional competitors are on international education market is Canada (Canada 2017). The
educational institutions with the assistance of government must develop and implement new
strategies if the industry is able to maintain the current market share (Marginson, 2015). The
strategy is to diversify the source countries and the fields which are set for international students.
The government and the industry have been able to recognize the needs to do this and have a
proper appearance on the success with the growth in comparison to the non-traditional markets
that have been set in the recent times. The source market diversification needs to occur into
future with competitive pressure that affects the traditional markets (Spencer, 2014).
It has been seen that there is a bilateral relationship in between Australia and Canada where most
of the Australian colleges and universities tend to form partnership in certain form with the
Canadian universities, college and institutes. This has led to the growth in the total enrollment
with major focus that is on handling the percentage cut-off point which is based on 3400
students. According to Australian Parliament, there has been evolvement of the complex
relationships in between overseas students and permanent students (Sriprakash et al, 2016). The
government tend to attract the international students by providing them with the permanent
residency. Hence, in this way, they are able to make the great benefits in terms of economic
standards. It leads to the increase in the number of temporary migrants rapidly (Mewburn et al.,
2018). The safety of the international students is also a major priority for the Australian
government who welcome the Chinese students, whole heartedly. They are able to make the
effort in protecting the students who are in Australia. With the Canadian education, there is a
need to focus on the understanding of different requirements which is important for the schools
and the courses they tend to offer. The candidates also need to focus on the analysis of the rules

about the racial discrimination in China on bus and in some campus. Hence, the Australia
government has worked on their safety (Burritt et al, 2017).
5.1 JUSTIFICATION
It has been seen that there is a major change in the traditional culture of India, where the survey
is found about how the people are working in the society with dissatisfaction. Hence, there are
ways to protest for the discontent on the society and the traditional culture. The main aim of the
international studies is to get a better opportunity and global recognition which is not possible, if
an individual works in India (Canada, 2017). There are certain population constraint problems as
well and one can mark increase in the chances that the students with overseas degree are also
recognized. The overseas students needs to work with handling the problems related to the
recognition by the social and do not want to be ashamed or worthless mainly because they are a
woman. Hence, they choose to receive education by going abroad.

perceptions and beliefs which are relatively attractive of Australia and Canada?
7 RESEARCH DESIGNING AND METHODS
The research is based on the variation with different arguments that are set for qualitative or
quantitative methods with adapting mixed methods. The mixed methods are applied for different
methods of collection with interviews and the surveys. It will allow the detailed and proper

investigation on how education industry in Australia with the relationship to Canadian standards
by using several perspectives that will increase research confidence with obtained data and
results. The results are determined with quantitative data collection methods that are used with
wider range of research question. The application to universities with obtaining application packs
and taking proficiency tests for Canadian international students help in a better exposure to the
different opportunities in Canada.
7.1 QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
The qualitative aspects for the data collection works on understanding the complex nature of
aspect, with properly understanding about educational industry in Australia (De Silva et al.,

research that will help in understanding the usage of the different information systems (Day et al,
2015). The qualitative research will include the detailed questionnaire with the open ended and

12 DATA ANALYSIS
There are responses which are generally received from the questionnaires which are from the
Microsoft Excel that are edited and then coded, as required. The data is then exported with SPSS
version where the analysis will help in representing the data through descriptive statistics like the
means, mode percentage and the standard deviation. The multi-linear regression model will help
in finding about the information that concerns about the effects of independent variables.
13 RELIABILITY & VALIDITY
The use of the mixed methods is done in an effective manner, where the validity and use of the
reliability methods is depending upon how the primary data is used for testing and conducting
the tests which are reproducible. The secondary data requires to carry out the tests which are
mainly due to the data that has been published and then singed for passing the information.
14 RESEARCH LIMITATION
There are certain methodology limitations which are related to the terms of the long-time setup
and the efforts. The research requires to focus on the resources which will lead to collecting
information that comes from different set of research questions. They are sources which are
important for handling the research findings and are considered to be obtained through
collaborative standards (Australia, 2016). The respondents are then considered for the research
who have certain interest in education sector.
15 OUTCOMES/CONCLUSION
In Australia, it is seen that there are different changes in policy structure with major fluctuations
in the enrolment rate of the country which are related to different aspects. The examples are
related to the change in policy and how the court administer for the overseas students. The
policies of the country have a good development direction which is mainly to increase the
enrolment rate.
