Self-reflection
The self-reflection study helps in knowing the learning and knowledge gained from the research
study. Out of the previous assessment the key elements and components learned and studied in
respective weeks is reflected in the below assignment. Self-reflection is a systematic study and
procedure which comprises of learning and knowledge acquired from the lectures and weeks.
The learning acquired from each and every week it reflected below.
Effectiveness and usefulness of learning experience
During the course of study, I observed various observations that are keys to any business
organization. The main focus of week lecturer has been given on the impact of outsourcing inn
leading to effective business performance. For the successful running of any business enterprise
it is crucial to outsource its business functions. In the starting weeks of lectures we have been
taught about the nature and design of research study. In context of examining any positive and
negative impact it is important to adopt a systematic research study. This is so because it helps in
exploring each and every element of project study in a standardized manner. From my opinion, I
think the lecture and research study is very useful not only for my academic career but also in
case of professional career. It gives me immense knowledge and helped in enhancing my
research skills so that I can apply it to my real life experiences as well. The course has provided
me with valuable knowledge and experiences that will be helpful throughout my life and career.
Significance of learning process
The learning gained from the weeks and lecturers is useful for my course, program, future career
and life. As, I am pursing my masters degree in business the course study is very helpful. It
helped me in building my professional career and to know the key elements of business. For
successful completion of my program it is important to understand the each elements of research.
The lectures helped me in knowing the use of different methods and approaches which can be
applied to the business case at anytime and anywhere. From the assessment, I also get to know
about the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods. I learned about the use of such

methods in gathering and analysing of data. For any research study, it is must to collect and
analyse relevant data so that optimum results can be obtained. With the help of lecture study, I
can transform and apply my knowledge into future insights. I read various articles and books to
understand the business research and the ways it can be used for exploring and examining
different aspects of project study.
Objectives gained in the learning process
From the learning process I gained certain theoretical as well as practical knowledge which is
connected with the respective project study. I also did the simulation exercise in the classroom
that helped in gaining in-depth knowledge and learning about the respective research topic. The
weeks lecture describes about the use of research methods and approaches in examining of the
relative research topic. The procedures and strategies relating to the research have been taught in
the class room and lecture study which is important to any business research. I learned about the
theoretical and practical knowledge of approaches. I have applied them in reporting down of my
project study as well. I examined of each and every components in order to find the impact of
outsourcing functions so as to determine the business performance. I read articles that have a
strong evidenced related to the respective research topic. Also, the evident the practical
application of business model and the theories so as to known the significant impact of business
outsourcing.
Learning
The study of business research is directly and positively related to my learning process. I get to
know about the sampling process and use of qualitative and quantitative data that is useful in any
of business research in order to analyse the positive and negative impact of variables. While, the
week study I also get to know about the formulation of hypothesis statement and testing of
variables. It helped me in enhancing of my analytical and conceptual skills. I learned about the
various statistical tool and techniques as well which is used for the business research and I have
applied that in my assignment so that reliable and accurate information can be generated. The
theories, concepts and model studied during these week lectures are helpful in my future course
of action as well. This is so because I am pursing my career in business analyst’s job where I will
be given responsibility to explore such research variables and elements.

Applicability of learning process
I get to enhance my learning and skills from the week lectures and studied diversified aspects of
business research. I can apply such theoretical knowledge in my future course of action and in
building up a strong career in the respective field. I improved my communication and human
resource skills as well from the week lecture and study material provided by the tutor. In addition
to this, I can state the knowledge and skills gained during such period of time into the future
actions and derive meaningful attempt out of such report. I also learned about the use of legal
and ethical considerations while formulating of my project study. The use of such considerations
in making of business research is very crucial to reflect once own progress. With the help of such
guiding principles I get to improve my progress and succeed towards successful completion of
my project study. The self-reflection process helps in reflecting of key learning and knowledge
acquired throughout the week and lectures.
From the overall assessment of project study, it has been evaluated that the lectures and subject
matter of weeks is very useful for my present as well as future career perspective. It helped me in
giving boost to my academic and professional career.
