Topic Approval
The determination of the topic is essential for any study, as it leads to an individual to
operate their research activity in one direction. I completed research and
comprehended which problem is being a major concern for the current era. From the
completing of this act, it is founded that the religious diversity in the working place
could being an imperative issue in the recent era. The organizational diversity could
be determined as the procedure by which the business enterprises could try to
manage the employee diversity in the working place, which could be in terms of
gender, religion, culture, sexual orientation, and language. I gained my
understanding of the development of the research question. This, I understood that
research questions are based on an issue on which the investigator has completed
their study. I met my mentor before starting the writing of the topic approval
submission. It is stated that the research topic is an essential part of the study hence
approval is necessary for the study to get a favorable result (Meyer and Peng, 2016).
Literature review
I also gained my understanding of the research topic by considering relevant sources
of the study. I comprehended the search procedure that is effective to get the data in
favour of research matter. It is imperative perceptive of the business enterprise
caused of different culture of people. It is stated that there are different methods that
have been used by the organization to manage diversity at the working place named
as gender diversity management, cultural diversity management, and religious
diversity management (Meyer and Peng, 2016). I comprehended many factors that
might impact on the organizational performance. I understood the ways by which we
summarized the whole literature review, as it was imperative to comprehend study
effectively. At the time of summarizing articles, I deeply evaluate the literature review
for summarizing the data and make a decision effectively. I gained my existing
knowledge about the ways by which the literature review will be outlined due to
conducting the activities of a literature review in a systematic manner. I gained my
understanding of the different ways to make an effective literature view concepts. I
draft the information that will be entailed in the literature review as it would offers an
opportunity to get a positive response. Before writing the literature review, it is
effective to identify the quality of papers due to putting the relevant and effective
information in the study (Wilson, 2014). I understood that values, behavioural norms,
and artefacts could be primary elements of the working culture that affected to the
performance of firm.
Business Proposal
I gained my understanding of the many methods which has been considered by the
researcher to collect quantitative data is named as the primary data collection
method, deductive approach, and positivist philosophy. It is examined that data
collection method is vital to make a direction to the study and reach a reliable
conclusion (Hair et al., 2015). I also understood that the primary data collection
method is usually is entailed by the researcher at the time for getting the new or
fresh handed information about study as well as make decision. I increased my
depth information towards the research matter by entailing certain sources that might
be affected by the overall outcome named as a survey through questionnaire as well
as literature review technique. These methods have been facilitating to me get the
conceptual as well as numerical data towards the research matter (Bell, et al.,
2018).
The data collection is vital technique to obtain a positive result. I comprehended that
the selection of a suitable method is effective to obtain the feasible data with respect

to current matter. In this study, I increased my understanding of the importance of
sample size that is essential to operate the business in one direction and meet the
research matter (Syed and Ozbilgin, 2015). The sampling is a tool that assists to get
the responses in the context of the research matter and solve the research query
effectively. I observed about many methods of the sampling but convince sampling
and simple random sampling method has been more suitable as compared to
another method. I observed that the probability sampling is less costly and without
biased hence this method is generally considered by investigator to perform their
research acts. The survey through the questionnaire is practiced to make a direct
connection between the researcher and research participants as it would be effective
in getting the real result in the favor of research issue. I also increased my
understanding of the research analysis that facilitates to examine the collected data
by considering the suitable method and solve the research query effectively. I also
understood different sources of data analysis named as the literature review, survey
through questionnaire, content analysis method, and case study method (Scheitle
and Ecklund, 2017).
The data findings is an imperative concept in the current era as it assists to support
the primary data and reach a favorable conclusion. In this, I deeply gained my
knowledge about the literature review. I gained my knowledge about the refinement
of the data findings to increase the quality of the research outcome.
In the writing of a research report, my team has considered different sources named
as the lack of data manipulation, lack of plagiarized work, university guidelines, and
appropriate references (O’Sullivan, 2017). I also increased my depth awareness
about the writing skills for improving my skills and making a decision effectively.
From the experience of study, I founded that a researcher could get positive as well
as negative experience that could be affected by the overall outcome. I also
understood that the perception of an individual could directly be affected by the
overall research outcome quality. I also increased my understanding of the teamwork
that facilitates to complete any task in less time. I have teamwork skills that enable
to me make a positive foundation among team members and encourage them to
perform well (Moorhead and Griffin, 2014).
