1. Evaluate the effectiveness and your usefulness of the learning experience
At the present time, the technology has been used as one of the most important elements for
the business to attain success and growth in the competitive world. The study that has been
carried out has helped in various things which are needed be attained by an individual person.
The experience that I have gained from this particular study is that I came to know about the
positive as well as the negative impact of social media that is been used by the business. I
also come to know that how effectively an organisation can use the social media to promote
and to create awareness about the products and services that the company wishes to offer to
the clients. I understood that the organisation will be able to attain effectiveness in the
working and its operations. This is very important study and I was able to know the
importance of the social media sites. I understood that the best way to promote one’s products
and services which is very necessary for the organisation to raise the sales volumes the social
media are the very suitable approach. I come to know that many of the organisation in the
market is facing issues and problems to carry out the operations and activities in the required
manner. According to me as per the learning, it is very necessary for the organisation to take
proper care of the online practices. I come to know that the learning has helped me to
enhance my own skills along with that the communicating method has also been able to get
advanced. The experience of this particular learning has valued in many things, I have
learned that organisation has to struggle a lot with attracting the customers.

2. Explain how this learning process will be useful to you
The learning has provided me the knowledge that it is very necessary for the organisation to
use several tools and technologies so that they can be able to carry out the activities and its
operations in an effective manner. The company is carrying out its operations and activities in
the appropriate and effective manner in the field of telecommunication it has become very
essential for it to use the social media sites for its promotional activities. I was able to learn
many things and was able to attain skills and knowledge in the different areas of study.
This learning has helped me to attain the aims and objectives of the course as I have to
accomplish good and effective research for the chosen topic. As part of my curriculum, I
need to carry out the research study for the assigned topic. The learning from this study has
helped me to perform the tasks and research study in the required manner. The course needs
have been effectively able to get attained and also, I felt that there is a great improvement in
my personal skills as well.
The study is very effective and reliable that it can be able to use for the future aspects and this
can also be used at the time of appearing in the interviews. The research has gathered any
such information and data which is very helpful for me to express the knowledge and skills in
the required manner. Form this study I got to enhance my communication skills as I met
many respondents for the collection of data.
From the general purpose, the research study has helped me to understand how to use the
social media sites as it is having both negative and positive impact. I have also come to know
that appropriate use of the social media site will only help one to attain the purpose or the set
standards. Many a time the social media sites are not used properly, people may misuse the
networking sites and may hack the information and data that is been saved on the online
networks.
In the future, the information will be very useful and helpful for me as if in case I got the
opportunity to work in any company where I have to deal in the social media sites at that time
the new imparted skills and knowledge can be used in an appropriate and effective manner.

In the learning process, it has been carried out that the entire things are in a proper and
systematic manner. It has become very essential for me to carry out the entire process of the
research in an effective and appropriate manner. The research has focused minor things
which are very necessary to be focused as this will provide me the guidance to the research.
For attaining the effectiveness and the efficiency in the work I have done very core and in-
depth study where I needed to seek various information and data from several sources for
which I need to critically select the most suitable books and other secondary sources so that I
can be able to gather the accurate information.
I have various articles, journal, books, and web pages for attaining the effectiveness of the
study which I have carried out for the selected topic. The secondary source of data was taken
from very relevant pages so that the information can be used by me and others in an effective
and appropriate manner. I have to carry out the study with the help of different research tools
so that the accuracy and reliability can be attained. This was very necessary for the study as it
helped me to attain the aims and objective of the research study. I have also taken the
references from the research papers where related information has been attained and this
helped me to obtain more effectiveness in the study.

I have build-up the learning related to the use of the social media and also, I came to know
that there is a positive and negative impact of the use of social media. I come to know in what
manner the social media sites have to be used by the organisation so that it can be able to

me has helped me to enhance my learning along with that I was also able to improve my
communication skills. The research study has helped me to analyze my patience level also

In this study, I have carried out several activities in a step by step method where there are
information and data which is very essential for the study. In the study, first I have introduced
the selected topic so that the reader, as well as I, can be able to know what direction I need to
step ahead. This has helped me to know the steps that I need to take for attaining the core
value of the study. Later, I have framed the aim and objectives so that the problems and
issues that are been faced by the organisation can be able to get resolved. The research
questions have been framed which has helped me to analyze the problems that are to be
discussed in the study. I have also focused on different research techniques that are very
essential for me to analyze so that it can be able to carry the research study in an effective and
appropriate manner.

The research that is been performed by me for the selected topic advantage and disadvantage
of the use of social media in an organisation. This study was very useful for my course and
also for my future purpose. I am able to attain the skills and knowledge which I can be able to
use in the interview whenever I will be facing. If in future I am planning to start a business
which will be dealing on the online promotional activities then, the data and information that
has been used by me will be very helpful and will be assisting me. Along with that, I can be
able to know in what manner the services and usage of social media can be done in the
business activities. In future if I will be carrying out the same kind of research then I will get
help with this along with that I will be able to overcome all those issues and problems that I
have faced in this particular research study.
