that can improve my existing knowledge and skills in a relevant filed. At the beginning phase of

employee’s performance is collected from both primary and secondary sources. The next step is
to analyze the information which is accumulated from these primary and secondary sources.
This entire research which is conducted by men is done with the help of different sources. The

various recorded CD and video clips regarding the employment and business relations .all the
