Introduction and Reflective Journal Scope
In this reported study, the reflective journal has been presented in which the personal viewpoints
and learning have been discussed. In addition to this, the effectiveness of using the study and
knowledge regarding the topic of assessing the impact of training as well as the development of
the employee’s performance is stated in the assignment. Moreover, the things and learning
during the research study are also shown in the report in the context of its future uses.

Opinions regarding learning experience:
The learning experiences are really valuable to me. Experiences always help in growing
knowledge and skills of a person. With this learning experience, I am able to connect the two
business factors which are training and employment performance. I am able to understand the
relationship between these two elements. After conducting this research my learning experiences
enhanced and now I am more competent and capable of assessing and evaluating the usefulness
of training and development in an employee's performance. In addition to this, my learning
experiences will help me in building my future as well as enhancing my skills as now I have
significant knowledge regarding the types of training and how important they are. When I’ll be
in a job I will assuredly be indebted to these learning experiences.
Value of experience:
The learning experiences which I collected while gathering the information regarding research
are really important to me as my learning experiences will help in building my future and
present. In addition to this, my career, existing courses, and study have increased. The entire
experience is of great value. I have gained knowledge regarding the work culture in a company. I
have even understood the importance of training and development programmes. I will never
show reluctance towards training and development programmes in my future job. In addition to

With my learning process, I will be able to take better decisions. My learning process will help
me to enhance my future endeavors. For conducting my research work, I explored the companies
like Coles. By exploring these companies I have a clear insight into the workings of a company
and the importance of training and development to an employee. My thought process has
increased and I can reach better conclusions. Learning is a continuous process. This learning
process will help me in conducting my future job in an organized manner. I will be already
having knowledge regarding training and development programmes. In addition to this, the
learning process will advance my knowledge, understanding, and learn with regard to my
management studies. All my learning experience will help me in uplifting my personal and
professional life. Through this learning process, I will be able to advance and excel in my
learning and course studies. I will be more competent and knowledgeable in the fields of
management. I will is able to increase my aims and goals. I can transfer my knowledge and

The entire learning procedure consists of gaining and learning information regarding the subject.
In this, learning procedure, I accumulated all the required information from dissimilar sources so
that can improve my existing knowledge and skills in a relevant filed. At the beginning phase of
learning procedure, information regarding the influence of training and development on
employee’s performance is collected from both primary and secondary sources. The next step is
to analyze the information which is accumulated from these primary and secondary sources.
This entire research which is conducted by men is done with the help of different sources. The
tools which are utilized in the research process are both quantitive and qualitative. I heard
various recorded CD and video clips regarding the employment and business relations .all the
qualitative and quantitative methods are used to enhance my learnings. the understanding of
technique and tools is very useful in leading research in future. After the assessment procedure,
conclusions have been drawn which presents the real outcomes of the research. In my learning
process, I developed a good connection with people so now I have better communication skills.
Doing these communications improved my understanding and made me more assertive. In
addition to this, the learning process I gained abundant knowledge on the training and
development programs which are going to the companies. Henceforth, my whole learning
process is prejudiced by whatever I saw and heard.

to begin with, I will start from a research proposal. In report 1, I have explored the idea of
training and development and its influence on employee’s performance and in report 2, I have
surveyed on the same subject with more details on time schedule, research methods, data
collection methods etc. All these understandings have enhanced my knowledge on the way of
conducting the research. I have used good resources and considered the advice of an expert to
conduct my research in a proper manner. In addition to this, I performed these activities to
enhance my indulgences and learning. Having a good knowledge regarding the training in
development will help me in building my future. in addition to this, my learning process consists
of visiting several companies and accumulating data from various sources. Having profound
