report includes assessment of management practices by using range of performance review
techniques. In addition to this, management alternatives for Hibox are recommend along with an
implementation plan. Suitable management solutions for Hibox are provided in this report with
justified recommendation applying measurement tools for monitoring implementation plan.
MAIN BODY

Management practices are defined as working methods and process which are used by
business firms to improve productivity of employees and ensure optimum utilization of work
systems (Taha and et. al., 2020). In case of Hibox management practices play an important role
in success of the company. Some of the management techniques used at the company are
adoption of new technology, training and developing employees and ensuring open and honest
communication with employees. Some of the common performance review techniques are used
below to asses management techniques:
360 degree feedback: This performance review technique involves taking a
comprehensive look at the performance of an employee by taking feedback from all outside
sources. The outside sources included in this performance review technique includes employees,
their managers, their peers, direct reports and non-direct peers. The advantage of this
performance review technique is that it provides complete perspective on the performance while
the disadvantage s that it is time taking technique. Hibox will be able to gain complete
perspective on various working practices by utilizing this technique.
Self Evaluation: In this performance review technique the performance of an individual
technique is measured through self evaluation (Dewald and et. al., 2019). The individuals needs
to appraise their own performance on the basis of of their current outcomes and future goals.
This type of performance review technique involves conducting a through discussion about what
aspects of employee performer will be considered in self-evaluation processes. The primary
advantage of this performance review technique is that it helps understand gap between how
employees judge their own performance and high ranking supervisors judge their performance.
