analyzing the knowledge skills and behavior it can be concluded that she is good in
visual and presentation skills. These skills of her can be used in the conferences or in
the business meeting for the growth of organization. When it comes to Katie’s verbal
skills she is also good but while writing she makes grammatical errors or she may lack
the vocabulary. Now it comes to check her ITC skills she lacks in doing any type of
graphic manipulations but she is capable of making attractive presentations for
organization by using text manipulations skills accurately. She also uses the internet to
make accuracy and efficiency in her work. When it comes to check her learning skills it
was observed that she is good at doing her work before deadlines and also in solving
the problems. She also manages her time accurately while her work. Apart from this she
lacks in many things like she is not that much capable of assembling relevancy, and in
sourcing of materials. In her visual skills she lacks in drawing. (Dooren, et. al., 2015)
