Introduction:
The following assignment project is executed for studying the educational concept of
development of individuals, teams and organisations. The study is performed by
understanding the key skills, professional knowledge and behavioural attributes of HR
professional such as HR advisor at Hightown Housing Association is studied. The report is
further expansion of assessment of personal skills of HR advisor at Hightown Housing
Association with experience of 1 year. The personal skill audit of the same is tabulated to
understand the strengths and weakness of HR advisor by the Board of governors (BOG) at
Hightown Housing Association. (Fu et al. 2015) The plan for professional development of
HR advisor is created with understanding of skill and knowledge to be acquired and
professional standards to be developed. The study of CPD that is continuous learning and
professional development is performed followed by high performance working system at
Hightown Housing Association. The various approaches that are adopted by organisations
like Hightown Housing Association in respects to gain the HPW system and enhance the
efficiency of organisational performance are studied further. The critical analysis of various
ways of performance management is performed to conclude the study. (Addams et al. 2013)
