INTRODUCTION
High-performances of working environment has been showing
evidence in order to prove its productivity in the performance of an
organization. Working environment include individuals, teams and
organization itself, the development of these lead to the overall increase in
the performance of the company. For this project Huntress Group is the
chosen company. Huntress Group recruits highly skilled employees for their
office support. This consultancy company is specialized in Information
Technological services and also services of accounts and finance. This
project will analyse the benefits as an HR team leader for the application of
HPW. With the help of this report different approaches to performance
management in Huntress Group, also evaluation of these approaches are
done with help of an example to each.

not following their training plan in result they do not have proper skills and
professionalism therefore HPW is very necessary for the recruitment agency.
