Communication skills is essential within group communication as it may assists whole
aspects of their life, from its professional life to societal gatherings as well as all things in
between. In addition to this, the competency to convey data relevantly, clearly and as purposed,
is a crucial skill of life and anything which might not be overlooked (Agha, 2018). Moreover,
formal communication is relevant to academic and professional settings because it helps each
member of the group understand end develop professional behavior during group interaction so
that each individual is able to comfortably complete their work and the possibility of conflict
between members is reduced. Additionally, various strengths and weaknesses are also identifies
like visual communication, written communication, formality, paraphrasing and others.

to higher authority and was utilized in case of my group in order to raise complaints Ann voice

communication focuses on communication between individuals at same level of position in a
group and was conducted frequently in my group in order to facilitate daily communication
between members. This means that usage of formal communication became strength of my
group which helped each member put forward their ideas and understand others perspectives in a
respectable manner. This strength also reduced conflicts in the group and supported completion
of various activities in a timely manner. Formal communication is relevant to academic and
professional settings because it helps each member of the group understand end develop
professional behavior during group interaction so that each individual is able to comfortably

Visual communication was another strength of my group which helped the group prepare
better again make reports and projects. Visual communication is defined as the usage of visual

were not able to maintain coordination with each other and effectively collaborate to produce a
