university has adopted four schemes or technology to enhance its business or its
goodwill in the market. All of these four schemes are critically evaluated in the
assignment below. The assignment helps in describing different tools and techniques
that are technically upgraded and will help the university in fulfilling its objectives.
The assignment describes two schemes and two techniques. The university tries to
adopt a rewarding scheme for the students who introduce new students to the
university aside to this the assignment include a brief discussion regarding the use of
CRM and business intelligence tools. All the positive and negative features of the
concerned technology are described in the assignment properly. With the assistance
of this information, a student can enhance the scope of its enterprise by being an

The assignment is related to the Critique of Systems & Technology. In this
assignment, some technologies and systems are evaluated by their use in the

benefits of different technologies and schemes in the initial period of the university

authorities of the association. As per the scheme the students who are considered
responsible for introducing new students by the method of fee credit are rewarded by
the university. With the assistance of this method, the university will not only able to

society. With the help of this scheme, the university can provide a chance to the
students from all over the world to obtain the benefits provided by the university.
Aside to this with the help of such rewarding system the university can enhance its
student’s retention rate and can motivate them to assist the university in enhancing
its level of sales (Connell, 2014).
Aside to this scheme the university is also following a policy of hiring agents or
brokers which are responsible for directing the students regarding the university.
These agents are hired for attracting more and more students towards the university.
With the help of these agents, the university authorities will be able to serve a large
number of areas on a daily basis (Iucu, Borzea, & Mironov, 2014). With the help of
these schemes, the university authorities will be able to flourish their services in the
global market and enhance the name of their university.
The operations of the university are conducted in a very fast and speedy manner.
The applications of the students are registered within 5 minutes, and this service is
available to the students 24 by 7. With the help of this efficient functioning, the
university will be able to attract more and more students. The students nowadays are
depended upon digital world totally. The university provides them with an opportunity
for distant learning from whichever country they desire too.
The scheme as proposed by the company is advantageous in some ways like it
helps in enhancing the rate of students. It helps in motivating the students to
recommend the name of the university to their friends and family. It helps in
enhancing the outcomes of the university and is also responsible for the
development of the students as well as the university (Iucu, Borzea, & Mironov,
