LOG OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
How did you work together?
I worked together with them and played the role of a leader within the team to promote
communication and discussions related to the project that was undertaken.
Who did what?
I myself had been responsible because I worked as leader though my group or team
members assisted me to achieve the organizational goals and objectives with ease.
What went wrong?
There was sometimes lack of communication and different views and opinions of the
team members, which created conflicts and misunderstandings.
What went well?
The flow of work along with sharing of each other’s views and opinions was quite good,
which helped in facilitating the efficiency of the project undertaken.
Did you meet often enough?
Yes, we used to meet often so that any project related matters were clarified and the tasks
could be managed smoothly with better flow and exchange of information and data.
Did you use Skype (or other online meeting platform?
Yes, I used Skype, Google Duo, IMO, Hangouts were effective online meeting platforms
where we could talk with each other and make discussions through video conference.
Did that work well?

Yes it worked quite well because the network connectivity was good and effective, and
with my technical skills, I made sure that any sort of technical flaws related to internet
connectivity was resolved.
Did you have technical problems in meeting online?
Not much technical problems did I face, rather I was competent and knowledgeable
enough to resolve the technical issue with ease and effectiveness.
Did some group members refuse to meet online?
I motivated and encouraged them to take part in the online meetings, so there were not
many group members who refused to meet online.
How did you overcome this?
The individuals who refused to meet online were provided with project related notes and
information. I made sure not to be aggressive to them for their casual behavior, rather made them
understand about the significance of involving in the online meeting to improve the project
efficiency.
Did someone not pull their weight?
I did not find any such individual.
Did you discuss this with them as a group?
If there were any such cases, I would have definitely discussed with them as a group.
Did you resolve this problem satisfactorily?

In case of any problem, I maintained a calm and cool mindset to resolve the issues
responsibly.
How did you divide the work between you?
Due to delegation skills, I made sure that the tasks are allocated to the most suitable
individuals based on their areas of skills and knowledge. I even made sure that none of them feel
overloaded with work.
Was it fairly shared out?
Yes, the tasks were fairly shared out.
What have you learned by doing this?
I learned the importance and benefits of team working, communication and it even
enhanced my skills to mange innovation and creativity during the project undertaking.
Did you enjoy the process?
Yes, I enjoyed the process involved during the project.
Why did you enjoy it?
Because of the commitment and friendly behaviors of the group members and their
ability to make decisions also made me feel proud as a leader of my team.

No.

How could it have been improved?
Any areas I would like to improve should be to promote better communication and
facilitate creativity and innovativeness.
