TASK 2
Reflection of steps to be taken and difficulties to be encounter in producing of game
Gibbs model of reflection: It is one of model of reflection which is introduced by Graham
Gibbs in the year 1988 which provide structure for reflecting on learning experience. This
framework allow examination of experience and allow a person to learn as well as plan things.
Different stages included in this model is mentioned below:
Description: For purpose of improving academic integrity, teachers has provide group
assignment to group members. For this assignment, students needs to prepare a game which
helps to improve academic misconduct policy and avoid plagiarism as well as other
misbehaviours of students in their academic life. For purpose of completion of this project,
teachers has provided freedom to students for choosing group members. For completion of this
project, me and some of my friends form a group as we all have required skills for project. In
this, I take initiate work and divide work among group members.
Feeling: I feel different while starting this project as I was happy because I needs to work
with my friends and it is quiet easier for me to cooperate with them (Gewirtz, 2020). But during
this project, one of my friend got sick and out whole planning has fail which create problems for
us. For this, we needs to divide work again and needs to complete work without help of that
friend. At that time, I feel like it is difficult to complete project on due date. But in the end of
project, I was happy as we are able to submit our assignment on time.
Evaluation: In order to design a game for controlling academic misconduct, it is
important to generate ideas (White, 2020). For this, group members provide their ideas for
developing game and among which best ideas is selected for game designing. Including all
members in decision making is best for this projects as it provide variety of idea to us. Problem
in this situation arise with sickness of one of members but our quick action against it helps us to
solve problems. But we are able to complete project on time and teacher is happy with our work.
Analysis: There are various things which gone well in this project and there are
something due to which problems arise. It is quiet difficult for a person to re-plan everything and
due to illness of my friend, I needs to re-plan everything. In this situation, we cannot change
anything and there is no new members is ready to join us. But we manage somehow and
completed project on time (Orr, 2018). Best part about this situation is dedication of group
members for this project as it make their project successful.

are some things among it which is useful for me in future period of time (Kwong, 2017)(. It will
helps me in solving problems occur in real life and also allow me to take initiate in different
situation. There are various skills which is to be developed by me during this project, some of
which includes time management, creativity, communication.
Action Plan: If same situation occur in my life again, then I will deal with this situation
with more patience and calmness. It also allow me to be less stresses and allow me to focus on
completion of work. I will also acknowledge group members about complexity of situation and
also ask for suggestion from them. I will also adopt different methods to motivate group
members like I will celebrate small things.
