are not able tow work and leading to reduce the overall economic growth and the corporate
profits as well. There are various challenges which present in the hospitality, travel and leisure
industry(Bay and McGoun, 2018). They are facing the huge looses which is majorly impacting
the overall profitability of the industry. In these phase, most of the hotels get shut due to strict
restriction given by the guest in order to control the huge impact of COVID-19. There are
certain rules and regulation which is being imposed by the government so that they can ensures
controlling measures to the disease which is being followed by the people. Hospitality industry is
completed shut down by the government for long term period and people are not allowed to go
out have safe stay or dinning there. The government of each nation have control the impact of
COVID-19 in different ways some have imposed the complete lock down and some of them put
the travel restrictions, economic relief. This implied to face huge loose for the industry and they
also not influenced the overall profitability of the hospitality sector. They are in the adverse
situation and the main reason of spreading of this disease is travelling and socialising.
Hospitality sector, travel and tourism are the major industry which is being impacted due to
pandemic and leads to face cancellation of tours, reservations of hotel, flights and leads to reduce
the minimise the overall occupancy rate in hotel, inbound travel and reduction in basic room rate
which completely effects the overall profitability of the industries. This implies in the substantial
revenue loss, wages, utilities and compensation of the employees and other expenses and
statutory payments. This is most effected sector as this is not remaining in the major
consideration in the market which is also leading to have better approach in the market. The

certain challenegs which is being faced by the firms is hospitality, travel and leisure industries
and they have faced the issues which is related to the re-opening issues, fixed & variable
expenses, minimum occupancy, renewed lock down, elasticity, technology , wellness and health.
They are further managing with problems so that they can overcome these asepcts and it is
significant to find the certain ways to analyse these challenges by which the business venture can
be helpful.
Use of Formative Feedback to inform & improve summative assessment work
It is the tool which helps in ongoing and several feedbacks in order to teacher which also
