INTRODUCTION
Reflective learning is been defined as the learning which involves involving personal
experiences relating to the learning. It is very essential for the person to have a reflective
learning because it outlines making the learning more conscious process. This assists the person
to become an active listener and to ask questions relating to the discussion. This is a Diagnostic
tool which assists in the development of effective learning in easy manner. In the present essay
