significant in the aspect of socialisation of the young adults and children throughout the phase
of life (Wilkins & Huisman, 2015). Education also shapes their cultural values and norms
within a society to acquire the qualities to lead their lives to ensure their acceptance to the
individuals or group. Therefore, a number of factors influence the quality of education in the

with other in an effective manner and with respect. Due to lack of brainstorming exercise
also, students do not able to generate the positive behaviour such as kindness, cooperation as
well as sharing. In such a case, team building of the students affects that in turn affect the
quality of education as well.
