INTRODUCTION
Learning reefers to those process under which the students has make different types of efforts
and hard work for the development of special types of skills and abilities in the personality of the
individual. It is one of the important and valuable aspect of the life of the student under which
they have analyse their personality so that the deviations present in them can be minimised in the
organisation. There are large number of disciplines and subjects are present in the market which
can be used by the student in their process of learning. It is based on the abilities and skills of the
student that which method and the disciplines they have used for their development because the
selection of the field plays important in the career growth of the student. There are different
types of learning approaches are present in the market which can be used by the student and
reflective approach of learning is one of those learning of the organisation. Reflective approach
of learning refers to those approach under which the student has used in their higher education
process which is one of the great factor for their development. The reflective approach of the
learning is one of the important approach under which the student has provide reflective
description of their past experience and events. This report is based on the concept of reflective
learning under which the Gibb's model of reflection are used. This report also provided brief
discussion related to the concept of feedback and feed forward.
TASK
Reflection is one of the important tool of the learning which enables the student to express the
personal experience on different type of past experience and events held in their life. There are
large number of situations and incidents are happened with the person which has impacted on
their life in positive or the negative manner(Dickinson, Fowler and Griffiths, 2022) . These past
experience of the student life are one of the effective learning drivers which provide different
dimensions of learning to the student.
Gibb's model of reflection
There are many models and theories are present in the market in relation to the reflective
learning and Gibb's model of learning is one of them. This model of reflection are developed by
Gibbs and the main aim behind the development of this model is to provide systematic

framework to the concept of reflective learning . There are different types of stages are present in
this model which can be followed by the users in their journey of reflection. The brief discussion
related to these stages are given below:
The class of our communication were held before three days under which the some of my
friends and I have joined with an aim to understand the concept of communication effectively.
Our teacher has tough us about different dimensions of the communication which helps us to
understand the concept effectively in the market (Dunn and Kennedy, 2019). There are different
types of learning approaches are discussed in the class and reflective approach of the learning are
one of them. The teacher has provided effective description about the approach in the class.
Gibbs model of reflection were also discussed in the class which is one of the valuable model of
reflective learning.
At the time when the topic of reflective learning and gibb's model of reflection in the class, my
level of anxiety becomes increases and I feel very scary. There are many reasons are present due
to the development of these negative feelings and the main reason for this is that the topic is new
for me which never applied by me. It is essential for that I have developed effective learning
approach in my personality which helps me to get the concept effectively in the market. As the
time goes things becomes changes and the level of confidence becomes increases because of the
efforts made by me.
The project which I have done in past classes has both positive and negative aspect in the life
because it is not possible for any aspect that they only have positive or the negative aspect. One
of the positive aspect of this project is that enables the person to develop different type of
learning skills in their personality (Er, 2018). The negative part of this report is that it enables
the person to develop anxiety in their personality of the individual.
It is very important for me that I have analyse the positive part of this report in effective manner.
One of the important positive factor of reflective learning is that it increases the level of
motivation in my personality which is one of the important factor of my life. This project has
helped to build effective level of confidence in my personality under which I become able to
solve different types of problems of my life which creates many problems.
There are different types of drivers are present which motivates me to do this type of project.
One of the important reason which derives me to conduct these type of projects is that it helps
me to develop effective skills related to communication in my personality. There are large

number of critical problems are arises in the organisation which has provide me negative
returns. The development of learning skills helps me to find different types of solutions and also
makes me able to solve these critical problems in my life. There are different types of reflection
skills are developed by me during this project(Griffiths, 2018) . The reflective skills are very
helpful for as it provides me many opportunities due to which I can able to express the personal
experience on any topic or the area. There are different types of opportunities present in the field
of reflective learning which can be grab by me if I developed the related skills in my personality.
This project is one of the valuable project which I have conduct in my life because of their
diversified range of important dimensions. There are many qualities and abilities are developed
in my personality which helps me to becomes more competitive and productive in the market.
The level of confidence are increased by huge level in my personality which makes me able to
do such type of project again in my life which is one of the important feature my personality.
Feedback is related to those learning tool which is used by the person at the time when they
analyse and check the work of other person. It is one of the important tool which helps the
person to make the correction in the work of other person. The main aim behind the concept of
feedback is to develop the level of accuracy and effectiveness in the work or the service offered
by the other person. The concept of feedback helped the examiners and other personnels to make
changes in the work of the students according to the needs of the same and makes the work more
attractive and competitive . There are different types of negative aspects are present in this tool
of learning under which the level of criticism are more which demotivated the person towards
the achievement of organisational organisation.
Feed forward is also one of the effective model of learning under which the person has provided
their recommendations and suggestion towards the working of others instead of making the
mistakes analyses in the work of the other.
There are large number of skills are present in the market which is required to be developed in
my personality. These skills are communication skills, interpersonal skills and many more. It is
very important for me that I have developed these skills so that different aspect of my life
(Morningstar and Shoemaker, 2018). It is very important for me that I have developed developed

effective skills . Communication skills has enable me to interact different types of skills in my
personality so that it became able to established effective relation in the market.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that the there are different types of reflective learning
frameworks are present in the market but it depends upon the ability of a person that which
method they have used to develop the learning skills in their personality. There are different
types of learning models are present in the market and gibb's model of reflection is one of them
which are explained in this report. The concept of feedback and feed forward are briefly
explained in this report.
