Introduction:
The Smart goal of writing skills is needed to be Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
Relevant and Time-bounded which gives aid to me to breakdown large writing goals into
small assignment writing. The smart goal is helpful to measure my daily progress in my
writing skills. The reflection associated with cyber bullying practices in discussion within the
classes is covered. . The evil practice of cyber bullying tends to affect the different activities
of the business organizations and also damages the morale of the employees working in the
different organizations. The different operational aspects and features of cyber bullying will
be covered within the assignment and it would help in proper implementation of the specific
strategies by the management of the organizations conducting their trade operations in the
different parts of UK. The legal aspects are associated with taking action against reducing the
harmful impacts of cyber bullying in the different activities of the organizations and the
logical reasons behind developing the newer laws are specified.

Academic study skills:
The proper writing skill is an essential ability for every academic student who enhancestheir
career in the field of print media, writing blogs and could be a professional writer. So, I get
the knowledge from the various sources that I need to focus on my writing skills which are I
identified in the examination results and the assessment which is an attempt in the past time.
The writing skill needs to be developed by time because there are lots of written exams,
reports, presentations and assessment conducted by the schools and colleges.
Personal development of study skills:
I realise that my writing skill is improved from the past few time because I get more score in
the subjects which is all possible because of my improving writing skill. So, I keep continue
my blogging habit and write on the random topic so that my ability of thinking and
innovation get an excellent opportunity (Price, et. al., 2016).I improve my writing skill than I
get the opportunity tohandle the vast seminars which depend on the writing presentation or
writing competition.
The requirement for successful undergraduate studies:
The required elements which I think should be required for the successful undergraduate
study are an effective way to attempt the exams questions and always ready to join the
writing competition. These are the requirements which need to be available in the
undergraduate students because it’s developed the confidence in the student.
Ability to focus on self-improvement:
I think that self-motivate is the main feature which needs to develop in every academic
student because then it encouraged the student to rally the writing skills through the various
sources. I should identify my past mistakes which I attempt in the exams or any writing
competition that is helpful to recover the mistakes in the current situation and remember that
it will not follow in the future.
Ability to organise and structure text:

This is compulsory for me to understand that how to organise and structure my each text so
that my sentence formation attain all the requirements that fulfil my writing skills
(Wibrowski, et. al., 2017) I understand that every text which I choose in my writing content
which is appropriate and relevant for my subject.
Ability to use style appropriate language:
I should know the academic criteria of the writing and use only that language in my content
which reflects my knowledge and skills in the particular subject. This is necessary to
understand that unwanted language style sometimes destroys the meaning of the content.

Conclusion:
It concluded from the above report that I should continue my blogging habit which is helpful
to identify my mistakes and improvise the writing skills through the feedbacks. I confidently
attempt the writing competition so that analyse the scale of my writing performance.
PART B
Cyberbullying in class discussion
Reflection
Last week we had a group discussion in class about cyberbullying where
varied opinions have been presented by each member. We had been asked by our
lecturer to do some research about cyberbullying followed by a discussion in class.
I learnt new information about this topic which is considered as an important
subject where I had the opportunity to create and present my argument about this
topic.
My colleague started the discussion by defining the concept of cyberbullying
and the negative impact it has on the society. I and another colleague Mircea
suggested various solutions that can prevent or reduce the percentage of
cyberbullying in the UK.
One member of the group explained that Cyberbullying is a way of
harassment, humility and threaten through online platforms. Moreover, those
practicing cyberbullying feel more courageous to address bad words by their
computers or mobile phones knowing the victim does not know them.
All group members agreed that the cyberbullying is a dangerous practice that
can lead to lose of confidence and suicide for the victims.
I informed my group that this practice is illegal and can easily be reported and
the aggressor can be jailed for few months.
Two of my group members disagreed that the person bulling online can be
jailed just for few months, they considered that the problem is more serious and the
time to stay in jail should be between 1 to 3 years.
The discussion was very interesting where we engaged actively with
arguments pro and contra cyberbullying, presenting ideas based on research and
suggesting new recommendations to reduce or eliminated the number or victims
bullied through social media.

I considered this was a great opportunity for me to share my opinion about
cyberbullying and to engage actively into the conversation.

The report included the different points and features related to cyber bullying practices that
are rampant in various industries and workplaces. Cyber bullying practices are curbed with
the help of following different strategies that are required to execute the various activities
smoothly. The newer laws that would be introduced would help in reducing the various
negative impacts of cyber bullying in different regions and workplaces throughout the world.

Practice of Cyber bullying
According to Andrews (2018), Cyber Bullying is an evil practice that affects the execution of
the different categories of works and operations continuing in the different Companies that
carry on their tasks throughout the world by linking with other stakeholders and management
of other organizations. Cyber bullying is implemented in a different manner within the
Companies and in various educational organisations. The students studying in different
schools tend to get pressurized from their friends that can be considered as practices of
bullying. The practice of cyber bullying helps the organizations to devise certain strategies to
execute the activities in a smooth and effective manner. Cyber bullying is introduced and
affects the individuals when they share information and ideas within the organizations.
According to Glazzard and Mitchell (2018), Cyber bullying develops mental illnesses in the
individuals and it hampers their professional and personal development of the individuals
working in the various Companies in the country of UK.
According to Burman (2016), Cyber bullying tends to cause harm to the adults as well as the
youngsters working in the organizations and studying in the educational institutions. The
youngsters need to attend counselling sessions that help them to come out of depression and
mental illnesses that they develop due to being exposed to the practices of cyber bullying.
Cyber bullying practice is implemented by certain individual and groups against other
individuals by involving harassment and trying to unsettle others by applying evil practices
among the utilisation of technological methods and concepts being practised.
Analysis of the issue of cyber bullying in business organizations
Cyber bullying is a mal practice that is practised within the organizations by various
individuals and entities associated with the organizations. According to Taplin (2016), the
problematic issue of cyber bullying tends to be guided by the different strategies that help in
execution of the operational activities associated with the market in which the business is
executed. The relationships between the individuals are soured because of rampant bullying
practices that exist within the offices. Cyber bullying tends to harm the organizational
structure and the different operational activities being followed within the organizations.
Business organizations follow protocol and also adhere to the different workplace laws and
cyber laws that tend to protect the relevant data and information from getting lost. The
business organizations also tend to apply different laws related to the workplace health and

safety and equality act that tends to ensure that all the employees working in the
organizations can work safely and in a secured manner.
According to Bagley and Dauchy (2017), the different cyber laws such as anti-piracy law
tend to ensure that the information and data being utilized within the business organizations
cannot be copied in order to establish a proper knowledge about the different strategies and
activities of the Companies. The personal data protection act in UK tends to ensure that the
individuals do not lose the data related to the different operational activities and associated
with the strategies of the organizations. The Computer Misuse Act framed in the year 1990
helped in establishing the various strategies to prevent the misuse of any information and
technological aspects being shared with the help of computers and technology. Earlier, the
offenders of cyber bullying escaped and no action was taken against them. Under the General
data protection regulation, the different laws based on reducing the mal practice of cyber
bullying was adopted and implemented in a proper manner. The cyber laws tend to ensure
that the mal practice of cyber bullying is curbed and taken action against.
Reasons to introduce newer legislations in the business Companies
The mal practice of cyber bullying was practised within the Companies for a long time and it
helped in developing the varied range of activities within the organizations. The different
activities related to marketing and manufacturing was hampered as the employees lost the
confidence and the desire to work for the organizations. Various organizations in the country
of UK faced problem issues and conflicts due to the occurrence of the problems of cyber
bullying going on within the different organizations that conducted their trade operations in
different parts of UK. In order to solve the issues and conflicts within the organizations in the
country of UK and help in their smooth and efficient functioning by adhering to the different
strategic elements.
