In today’s world, increasing competition influences the lives of individual and students

increases higher skills. This report is going to cover the knowledge of learning strategies in order
to enhance memory retention and prominent challenges which students face and also describe

which they feel and research is obtained on the frequent basis regarding there cortisol level.
Along with this it is found that many students around 69% experience decrease in their results.
In relation with this two prominent categories are developed in order to treat their
pressure level. People who feel that knowledge can develop their mental ability are tends to face
failures as on temporary level. Moreover people who claimed that knowledge is pre-determined
