Introduction
This report helps to identify the purposes of the resources in learning and teaching. This report
represents the uses of teaching and learning resources during the teaching training programs. It
also includes a reflection upon the practice during the teacher training period the strengths and
weakness which has been identified as well. the report helps to evaluate the effectiveness of the
specific resources in terms of meeting individual learning requirements will be discussed as well.
The principles of resources design will be included in this report as well. Different theories,
principles, models and their uses to adopt inclusive approaches will be addressed in this report.
Legal requirements or responsibilities and those sources which play an important role in resource
development including emerging technology will be discussed in this report as well.

Task
1. The purposes of learning and teaching resources
Learning and teaching resources must be considered as few of the most important part of the
teaching profession because for a teacher, it is really required to make the students learn new
things easily. It is a teacher’s responsibility that the teachers would be able to teach the students
with effective methods and both teaching and make students learn, it is very important that the
teachers must aware about the learning and teaching resources as well (Ghavifekr & Rosdy,
2015). The following table will represent the learning and teaching resources separately as well.

direction to the teaching profession. The purposes will be the following as well.
Improving student outcomes – The main and biggest purpose of using these learning and
teaching resources in the teaching profession will be to improve the students’ outcomes because
those resources will be very helpful and important in terms of improving student outcomes so
far.
Social & emotional connection – In the teaching profession, it is must be required that the
teacher and student has a special and strong connection as well. with the uses of those resources,
not only students and teachers can develop their own bonding but even students will learn to
socialize and emotionally connect with people in the future as well.

Improve teacher’s efficiency – Teaching is not an easy task especially because teachers have to
pay attention to each and every student in the class and each teacher doesn’t have some type of
teaching efficiency as well. These resources will be helpful when it comes to improving the
efficiency of the teachers as well. It is required for effective teaching skills (Ghavifekr & Rosdy,
2015).

2. The effectiveness of specific resources to meet the requirements
In the teaching profession, there are some specific resources which are considered to be very
helpful in term of learning and teaching as well. these specific resources include any specific
subject knowledge, different skills, new technological advancements, able to match the level of
the learners and able to actively involving learners in the learning process as well. Among all
those specific resources of learning, the following will be the most important effects of those
resources as well.
Increase learners engagement – Specific resources will be very helpful not only help to
increase the involvement of the learners but it also helps to develop a strong connection among
the learners and teachers as well. It will be one of the biggest requirement that teachers will be
able to increase the learners' engagement to better and improve outcomes as well.
Increase the deep knowledge of learners – These resources will be helpful in terms of not only
managing the connection but it will increase the knowledge of the learners as well. If the
teachers are specific in some subjects, it will be helpful to provide the best knowledge to the
students in less time (Halverson & Graham, 2019).
Large teamwork – These resources will be helpful to increase the numbers of the learners in
one batch; it helps to increase the capacity of the teachers to take large classes or sessions with
large teamwork as well. With the help of those specific resources, it will be easy to take more
students in one session or classes as well.
Increase efficiency of teachers and learners – It will be helpful to increase the efficiency of the
teachers as well because it help them to increase their knowledge about any special subject or
learn any new advance teaching skill which will be helpful to increase the efficiency so far as
well (Demir, et. al., 2017) .

The specific learning and teaching resources will be helpful to the teachers to not only increase
the engagement of the learners in the learning process but it will be also helpful to meet each
individual needs from the teachers. It is considered to be the most important and required thing
that the teachers will be able to meet the requirement of each student because, at a time, teachers
have to more often manage a large amount of the students or learners. It makes it requires that
the teachers must be able to meet every individual's requirement as well. These resources will be
helpful to manage the following need of an individual as well.

Resources design one of the important processes of resources management; it will be also helpful
when it comes to effective resources management as well. It is one of the most required things as
well when it comes to managing the uses of resources in the teaching and learning process so far
(Niemiec, et. al., 2018). The following will be the principles of the design of the resource in
learning and teaching skills as well.
Time analysis tool – it is an important tool to manage the time, this tool will be very helpful in
terms of managing the effective time analysis in the resources management so far. In resources
management, time must be helpful if the analysis must be effectively conducted so far.
SMOG test readability – This principle represents many benefits which would be achievable in
the resource design in resource management as well. It will be helpful to analyze the risks
assessments in the project or process and it also makes it more user-friendly as well (Gulati, et.
al., 2017).
SWEET analysis – It is important principles to manage the design of the resource as well. in
resources management, for effective resource designing, the SWEET analysis will be helpful to
understand and adopt cost efficiency, health, and safety requirements, which are considered to be
the important factors or requirements as well.

In curriculum design, the theories, principles, and models have a very significant place where all
those things made a huge impact on learning as well. it will be helpful when it comes to the
development of the resources. It will be helpful to manage resources design and resources
management as well. The following will be the uses and contribution of the principles, models,
and theories of curriculum design as well.
Increase learning capacity – It will be one of the biggest users of the all curriculum design to
boost up the development of the resources in the teaching and learning process as well. it will be
helpful to increase the capacity of the learners which will be helpful to manageable through self-
learning experiences. The reinforcing experiential learning cycle (Kolb) helps to understand the
importance of increasing the learning capacity as well (McKinney, 2017).
Effective management of resources – It will be very helpful when it comes to the effective
management of the resources and curriculum design will be helpful as well. It helps to
effectively manage the uses of resources as it helps to increase the engagement of the learners
and teachers as well. According to Neuro-Linguistic Programming, it is really important to
effectively manage the resources so far.
Fulfill all the requirements – According to Maslow’s theory, if the needs must be fulfilled, it

Different ways in which resources can be adapted to enable inclusive approaches
Adaptive resources will be very helpful in terms of adopting the inclusive approaches in the own

Adaptive resources include SMOG test for readability, changes in paper color, change the
environment, providing alternatives at various levels, modification of tools or types of equipment
and advance hardware & software technology as well. All these adaptive resources play an
important role in term of successfully adopting the inclusive approaches in some specialized area

adapt and increase the outcomes so far.
Cost & time management – It will be one of the best ways to adopt inclusive approaches by
using adapting resources as well. If cost & time management will be effective managed, it helps
to increase the chances of easily adopting inclusive approaches in the teachers as well.
Effective resources development –If the resources management will be effectively handled, it
will be also helpful to adopt the inclusive approaches which are considered to be the biggest
requirement for adopting any new changes so far.
Effective planning & management – For adopting inclusive approaches in adapting resources,
it is considered to be very important that the change adoption process must be effectively
planned and managed as well (Fernandes & et. al., 2018). If the planning of execution is
effective enough to balance the changes and its effects, it helps to adopt and run the changes
quickly in teachers and learners as well.

5. legal requirements and responsibilities
For effective uses of resources and make effective development of the resources as well, there
are considered to be the various legal requirements which must be included and fulfill so far. It is
important that before uses of the resources, an individual must be aware of the legal requirements
and legislation responsibilities. For effective uses of resources and development of resources, all
the rules and regulation must be followed as well. the following will be the legal requirements
for uses of resources and their development as well.
Copyright legislation – It will be one of the most important laws that the copyright policy will
be followed very effectively. If any of the resources come under any of copyright policy, the uses
of it must be prohibited or only limited access is allowed (Darnell, et. al., 2019).
Data protection – It is another important policy and it must be followed as well. The data must
be protected and if the resources will be under the data protection act, then it must be used as per
the permission granted under the act as well.
Plagiarism – Plagiarism is important legislation to follow. It is about a wrongful appropriation
or stealing any publishing’s content without their permissions. It is considered to be as academic
dishonesty and breach of journalism ethics as well. Teachers and students both need to
understand and follow this law carefully so far.
The implications of intellectual property rights and copyright
Intellectual property rights is a right which represents about the right which had by a person or
company that has special rights to use its own plans, ideas or any other intangible assets for a
specific period of time without worrying about the competition as well. It also includes patents,
copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks as well. Intellectual property rights are those rights
which are given to the person for its own creation of their own mind. It helps to keep the right to
uses those ideas safe and not copied as well (Karapapa, 2019).
Copyright ownership gives the holder of the copyright of an original work of authorship, it
includes six exclusive rights which help to reproduce and prepare derivative work of the original
work as well.

These rights will be very helpful in order to make resources development more effectively as
well. It helps to manage the uses of the resources by the customers or everyone as well. For the
development of the resources, effective management, uses and safety security is most important
as well. it will encourage an individual to share the data and information instead to keep it
confidential as well. It also provides legal defense and offers the creators the incentive of their
work so far (McKeown, 2019). These rights will be helpful to manage the social and financial
development which will be helpful to develop safety and security as well along with the
development of the resources itself.
