Introduction
This report will be based upon the resources of learning and teaching which is useful in the
study. This report would also critically analyze and reflect upon the Resources such as journals,
research paper, textbooks etc. which their advantages and its effect would be discussed. This
report would also discuss all the benefits of internet as a source for learning and discussion upon
the rules and regulation that are required for the sources which is studied and evaluated in this
report. internet can be ineffective many a times, because people browsing the web, might come
across distractions which might make them uninterested in their earlier search. Internet has
quantity of information, but it is completely dependent on to the researcher to get the best quality
of information out of it.

1. PURPOSE OF RESOURCES IN TEACHING AND LEARNING: -
There are three kinds of resources that are important for the delivery of quality education to
children, these resources include: -
Resources served by human: - human resource is very essential for attaining success in giving
quality education to children these resources include teachers, administrators, planners, mentors
etc. this resource focus more on teachers considering them to be an important aspect of this
resource. According to a study quality teaching proved to be an essential factor in student
learning . the factors that support interactions in good teaching are :-
Emotional support:-
 A positive relation and connection between teacher and student.
 Information is positively expressed by teachers and students.
 Regard of teacher for children in context of their feeling, motivation and point of views.
Organisational resources
 Management of behaviour
 Classroom efficiency
Instructional support: -
 Different strategies for learning: - teachers engaging students in different learning
activities to maximize various learning opportunities.
 Development of concept: - discussion and instructional activities promote high-order
thinking skills among students.
 Feedback: - extending learning activities for students through self-participation.
 Development of language under proper guidance of teachers.
Material resources - sometimes lack of proper material resource can become barrier in teaching
and learning.
Many countries suffer from weak teaching and learning criteria because of insufficient material
resources for example teacher support material, blackboards, chalk, books etc. this happens may
be due to lack of financial resources . For providing a quality education a key element is the

quality of content that acts as a part of material resource.it also depends on curriculum design
and teaching material acquired for giving knowledge in fields of health , nutrition, peace, gender.
Financial support: - in most of the countries spending on money is on education is considered as
appropriate and respectable percentage of GDP.
Funding from external sources can help to overcome the barriers created by lack of financial
resources.
These resources help the teachers to upgrade their knowledge according to recent learning and
teaching criteria. These learning and teaching resources help the students to develop their
learning skills and then they practice them with learning tools. When teaching material is
extracted for resources they act as assets to the teachers because it makes easy for them to teach.
These learning material plays role of a guide for both the teachers and students. Finding a
teaching resource is not a task but finding a correct one is (Rahimi, 2015).
In this growing world of smartphones and innovative technologies, teachers can use these digital
resources with their old material and make them relevant standard to students so that even
students can feel comfortable with them. It’s very important in 21st century to possess proper
resources that reduces work load and stress of teaching and learning if we have proper learning
and teaching resources students and teachers can not only give time and efforts but also focus on
what matters. It’s time to develop learning and teaching skills with use of resources.

2. Effective use of Resources in teaching.
The different medias involved for the resources such as television, Internet and communication
in the respect of education affect the knowledge and accuracy of the Information. The
development in the science and technology also affecting the communication and knowledge in
regards to the Resources available and referred for the education and teaching purpose. The
evolution of such medias, such as television and internet are the major reasons which are
affecting the interest of people who are twenty or even ten years ago indulged in studies or
teaching.
When the technology advancement was not present, all the development is restricted to verbal
presentations only, although it has been found out that speeches are still the best way to teach the
crowd. But in the today’s time, it is quite difficult to explain thoughts and knowledge without
any proper teaching and learning resources. Such Academic resources of information such as
books, journals, research papers are the best way to educate and teach anyone.
Outside, the impact of the resources such as textbooks, and journals have their impact on the
individuals. For example, when a photograph or Painting is been evaluated, it can help any
individual in evaluating different memories involved in it. The resources such as textbooks and
journals are usually directing the cause of the achievement in the set of goals achieved in the
context of teaching. The visual teaching resources are the best sources to be considered for the
teaching purposes. The effectiveness of the teaching resources listed which are:
Availability of Textbooks
Multiplicity
Textbooks and other resources actually present the dedicated information regarding the subject
matter. It has been found out that the visual information usually provides good amount of impact
over the other information in the memory. It is more effective that the written resources.
Resources such as videos, are also quite more effective than the resources which are written
based.
The use of the video resources is also quite useful in schools and colleges and various
arrangements have been made in order to provide such video resources. Visualization has a good
power over the written information involved. There are more resources of teaching like pictorial

teaching and learning sources, which is quite effective as it involves graphical representations to
present to knowledge and information to the students. In the pictorial resources, Photographs,
maps, drawing, timelines are used in order to represent the information for the purpose of
teaching. An old saying says, picture represents thousand words, which easily explains what
picturization and visualization can help any individual to represent the sort of information which
he or she want to convey for the teaching purpose.
For any area of related information, Internet is a good medium to get the information regarding
the information required. Internet is quite helpful in producing the sort of information in a very
short period of time, which quite helpful in order to provide quite information. Internet sources
are usually not used for the teaching purpose, but they might be useful for the learning purposes.
Internet though has ample amount of information available, but the information available might
not as accurate as possible (Lebenicnik, 2015). It has been funding out that the information
gathered from internet, enhances some of the skills of the person who researches, and skills such
as:
Localized information.
He or she is able to classify information according to the context.
They can able to express themselves according to the ideas and their thinking capability.
If we compare internet sources with other sources such as text books and journals, the accuracy
of the information of journals and research papers is quite high, as compare to Internet sources,
hence the internet source’s information is not that much accurate.
3. Analyze principles of resource design.
The principle of resource designing is to design resources in such a way that the reader or the
person who will refer the resource won’t have any issue in retracting information from them.
Resource designing or implementing the sources of information is quite important, and should be
analyzed before implementing, because a resource with complicated information will not be
helpful for the reader.
The resources such as journals and research papers, are designed in order to analyses the
information easily and to retract information easily. The resources such as research papers are
designed before implementing it is because the publisher who published these resources would

publish the paper without proper formatting in a simpler manner, hence the journals and research
papers are simpler in comparison to other resources such as text books. Analyzing the resources
involved, the information needed by the researcher should be found out, quite easily. Textbooks

textbooks are not that simple to retract information from.
Journals: The journals are published only when the content involved in it is specific and correct,
hence journals are dedicated to only one specific topic, which make them good for quality
research.
Research papers: these sources are also kind of journal, but they are based on a research
conducted.

4. Analyze how theories, principle and models of inclusive curriculum design can be used to
inform resource development and ways in which resources can be adapted to enable
inclusive approach.
One of the theories or rather strategies that can be used for the development and use of resources
is to make sure that the data is protected. This can be done by issuing legal requirements. One of
the legal requirements is Copyright. In this the books, article and even journals are present
which would be copyrighted so that any other peson could not copy them. This would help in
seeing that plagiarism is not achieved by any other person. The work which is being done by an
individual would be their own. Being aware of how material should be taken from the internet is
yet another factor which should be considered. If work is taken from the internet and is being
used then proper citations should be put in. (Schwabach, 2016).
Proper training of how each of the equipment should be used is necessary. This is rucial because
there might be new technology that not everyone would know how to operate it. So it is
necessary that the personnel should be provided proper training for it. Training of other things is
also important like when seeing how to use online libraries so that the inclusive curriculum
design can be properly achieved.
How to avoid plagiarism would also be taught so that there would be no issue of copying from
anyone else. This is done because plagiarism is considered to be a huge crime in the such
educational resources.
Risk assessment is yet another theory that can be seen. There would be many risks like not
effective time management that would be done in the inclusive curriculum that would have to be
looked into. By assessing such risks the development of the resources would be done in an
effective and efficient manner (Fontana, 2015).
There will be many sponsors that will be present for funding in your work. This needs to be
taken care of as there would some sponsors that would cause negative influence to occur so it
needs to m=be made sure that sponsorship restrictions should be imposed. If the right sponsor
is taken then only will proper development occur for the resource in teaching.

Form this it can be seen that the use of legal rules and regulations are a must because they help in
development of the resources. This is done so that the development is done in the correct way so
that there are no problems which will occur in the future.

5. Review legal requirements and responsibilities relating to the development and use of
resources and its implications (AC 4.1), (AC 4.2).
In order to store the resources of the learning professionals, it is important to safeguard the
content. Though the content of training and learning is stored in USB or any other place, the risk
of copying the content is more than to make the fresh content at the same topic. After preparing
the content on different subjects, it is important for a teacher to safeguard its noted, study
martial. It is important to make the content copyright before it gets too late. There are some of
the legal requirement to be fulfilled such as data protection, plagiarism, copyright legislation and
storage of materials in line with licensing agreements etc.
Some of the major legal issues arise related to the awareness of specific regulations relation to
internet materials and access. All the factors related to the material used on internet must be
known and are to be noted so that no wrong action can be taken from government side. The
material must be relevant and should not contain any illegal or wrong information. The content
or the study material which is used must not be copied from the other sources. There should be
no issue related to the plagiarism. This makes the person bring under unlawful activities.
Training for use of equipment must be correct and accurate (Tremblay, et. al., 2012). The risk
associated with the equipment must take care carefully. The training must be provided in proper
manner keep in all the points into consideration and working on them on serious note. Before
taking any step towards providing training and use of equipment’s, the legal structure or legal
guidelines must be read carefully and accordingly steps must be taken. Reports are prepared at
each step which signifies the results along with the work done at each step (Soeiro, 2012).
The legal requirements in for are such that the various funds are being made from different sets
of education. The education is mandatory for all the groups of children. Along with using the
technology at its best, the audio and video are made to record the lecture and listen it further for
use (Tremblay, et. al., 2012). Various key stagers are made so that the education can be provided
in appropriate manner. Stage 1 is for infant age group from 5-7. Same as other stage is made as
stage 5 for post 16-qualification age from 16-18.

There are various sources through which the development in learning and teaching in the
institutions. Innovation in the technology made all the things easier in order to teach and to study
also. Innovation in the technology such as DVD or making videos is fruitful in working easy for
both the teacher and student. This technology has made the study easier in all the cases. The
resources which are used in developing the technology and its developments are library, videos
made for individual and group learning’s. In order to develop resources a lot of factors and
sources are responsible.
Internet resources: The internet resources are the resources which help in providing lectures
and other study material at a single place. This includes all the resources or classes of different
subjects. For a single subject there are various tutorials made on different sub-topics. This makes
easier to understand a single topic. This also helps the new technology to get boom and to grow
more (ResearchGate, 2018). This resource also helps in getting better results in short period of
time without any interruption. Providing online reviews helps in watching the related video and
learning something new. Providing positive reviews makes the video more relevant and provides
teaching material and training with proper methods.
Library: A library is a place where you get abundant of knowledge without ant time limit. This
makes the student to get the knowledge anytime and on any subject. Here notes, textbook, hand-
outs are available. The student can prepare their own noted with the help if books and study for
better results. At this place, the facility of DVD or taking audio learning environment is also
available. This source helps the new technology such as audio learning environment which holds
notes audio basis (ResearchGate, 2018). The lectures are recorded and can be listened on repeat
mode to understand better along with making notes.
Networking with subject specialists: This source helps the technology to grow faster along
with some of the specialized noted and lectures to be saved. Communication can be made better
with making networks with teachers who are specialized in any of the subject. This increase the
network and helps both teacher and student in getting good study material and success training
sessions. This source increases the technology use as guides to involve use of computers or
