As an individual, everyone will love to take away the responsibility for success and
happiness in the different life situation. But in the reverse situation people turned out to weaken
and incapable to take any level of action in the life. Responsibility is contraction of response and
ability which clearly defined an individual’s response to the stimulus and environment. If the
student takes away the responsibility of the action will be big step towards maturity and

student have need to focus on goals like successful people have sharper focus always looking out
forward. Student will boost the self-esteem competing objective days by days. getting up self-
discipline at the early age will be helping out to get in up mastery. It has been stated by the
successful person that an individual an become after by putting the work and spending around
10000 hours on one thing.
Meditation have been known for its awesome influences on the mental health and wellbeing
as well. This will be helping out to reach with mor balanced approach and to have reduction in
stress and anxiety. This habit will be helping out the student to have clearance negative throughs
and get in desire to have positive mindset. Each goal should keep up with proper formation of
objective clearly defining sub set milestone on stair of success. Mediation will improve
competitive and building better relationship towards one an another. Student will be aligned in
term of attention skills and awareness regarding different environment present in competitive
world. There is countless benefit of the meditation as practising yoga will get synchronised IQ
level becoming out intelligent, creative, alter and focussed. On the other hand, mediation
improve and strengthening e immunes systems. As result there will lose up fear of forgetting
important thermos and formula. Additionally, mediation will be helping student to get off
addition. Addiction is the illegal action against which mandatory actions have need to done with
