INTRODUCTION
Higher education skills refers to those skills which is required by the students in their journey of
higher education. There are different types of courses and diplomas are present in the higher
education which the student can peruse to make possible their career development. There are
many requirement has to fulfil by the student if they want to pass these course and the
development of various skills are one of them. This report is based on the concept of reflection
about the development of the skill for higher education.
TASK
One of the effective skill which the higher education learner require in their career is effective
team working skills which is one of the important skills which enables the person to be working
on the team. It is very important for the students that they develop effective team spirit in the
personality of the person (Cameron, 2019) . I am one of those person which have serious mindset
about working in the team. The development of this skills are very important for me because it
helps me to becomes more competitive and enables me to develop effective relations in the
market
The another skill which is very important for the higher education student is academic writing
skills. It is related to those skill of the student which helps them to becomes more competitive in
the market and enables them to write effective matter in their working. It is one of the most
important and valuable concept which is related to development of the skills. It is very important
for me that I use to clear the format and the structure of writing so that I becomes able to become
effective writer in the higher education (Chen, 2020). It is very important for me that I have
developed effective grammar and vocabulary skills in my personality so that it becomes
important for me to develop these skills.
Reflection is related to the description of the personal experience on any topic or the event by the
person. It is one of the valuable aspect which helps the person to learn from their past experience
of life (Pouratashi, 2019). Reflective approach of the learning refers to those approach of the
learning under which the person has evaluate the situation and events occurred in their past life
which helps them to verify the deviations of their personality and enables them to make
preparation for their improvement.

The another skills which is important for the development of the career in the higher education is
effective presentation skills (Cottrell, 2020). It is related to those skills of the individual which
enables the student to present their work in attractive and effective manner in front of the others.
It is very important for me that I have develop effective presentation skills in my personality.
There are many functions are helps in the colleges under which different types of speeches and
thesis are delivered by the students. It is very important me I have developed creative thinking
and also the analytical skills so that I becomes able to make the proceed effective. This makes
me able to develop effective and valuable for me that I become able to pursue the leadership.
Communication skills is one of the important skills which should be present in the personality of
the students ( Villarreal and Martinez, 2018). The communication skills of the students enable
them to develop effective relations in the market. The effective communication skills enables the
person to interact different types of person in their colleges (Mason, 2019). It is very important
for me to develop effective communication skills in my personality so that I become able to
develop effective relations in the market and also helps me to interact different types of people in
the organisation. There are large number of people are present in the organisation which has
effective mindset.
Information skills is one of the important and valuable skill which is the demand of modern
society. It is essential for all type of students that they have effective information technology
skills in the personality of the student. The information technology skills of the individual helps
the student to understand and use the modern technology (Middendorf, 2018). It is very
important for me that information technology skills becomes the part of my life because it
enables me to use different types of technologies. It is one of the effective skills of mine that
become able to use effective technology.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded from this report that the development of skills for the higher education students
are not easy because they have made various efforts and handwork in the organisation. There are
different type of skills are present in the market which the student has to developed in their
personality are concluded in this report.
