staff members not to be kill their time through hang around. They should be focus on their work
and try to finish at give period of time. After completing the work, they can do anything which
they like. The another suggestion is “Be Focused”. There is a need to be more focused for the
better time management. Employees should develop a better habit of using planners, organisers
and also table top calenders for the better management of time. They should reminder on their
phones or on personal computers. Focus on the allotted tasks aid in avoid mistakes which people
commit because of lack of concentration. It will help in save the time of a person and correct
their mistakes. “Organised” is also a solution to avoid any stacks of the file. Management should

introduced that 10 year of child care strategy under which one of key themes was better choice in
how the parents can be balance their family life as well as work commitments. This kind of
suggestion was to be proposed increased parental leave in paternal and maternal leave. This
strategy aids women in balancing the family and work life and it allows them to pursue career
without any type of fear. An execution of all these schemes of government at workplace through
