INTRODUCTION
In higher education learning it is essential that there is different set of skills that must be
required in an individual so that working efficiency is getting enhanced over continuous period
of time. It is a post secondary education in which formal learning is processed and it occurs as
after the completion of secondary education (Baars and Wijnia, 2018). The skills development is
most essential aspect under which skill gap is identified so that effectual skills are developed. It
is used to analyse better set of abilities that is processed on the basis of better execution of plans
and lead in long term success. The report includes different skill that is required in higher
education learning and assist to improve own set of performance and learning.
MAIN BODY
As a higher educational learner I need to develop different set of skills that strengthen
abilities and capabilities of mine in sustained mode. In this I have administrate the requirement
of adaption, aid to make creative engagement about problem solving abilities, develop strong
communication by which clear and transparent interaction is processed empathetically. It
enhance confidence in mine, increases level of competence, self-satisfaction and self esteem. It
also enhance learning and knowledge by which effective changes are addressed by inducing
better efforts.
I have develop different set of skills as it helps to make long term acceptance and easy
grabbing of knowledge and experiences. There is different skill that I have induced in my
personality and that is as academic writing, referencing and presentation skills that used to
underpin complex abilities and skills (Bustamante, Greenfield and Nayfeld, 2018). It assist me to
enhance reflective practices and critical thinking by which I have make equal interpretation in
each activity with suitable perfection.
In order to improve learning and performance it is required that balance skill is monitored
and adapt as with the usage of different strategy. It is used to make effective improvisation that
aid performance criteria of mine. In this I have manage my learning by ensuring time
management and also take certain responsibility that help to meet all the requirement of certain
conditions. In this I have vary learning routine of mine and process my learning by giving
adequate time to each skill set. I have also test myself by giving different test series and along
with this maintain notes and review them on timely basis.

The development of effective team working skills is essential aspect as team working is
required while achieving shared goals and objectives in effectual manner. In this I have make
better listening skills and accept creative working culture in which everyone's idea and thinking
is accepted in better way. To develop this skill I have worked for to enhance planning and
organising as it is essential to complete task and action in ordinate mode.
The academic writing skills assist to make formal tone and processed with support of
books and its report, essay, conference paper, translation, academic journal, thesis and
dissertation that assist to make self explanatory in clear prospect (Eysenbach and et. al., 2018). It
enhance the ability of mine to write the certain format in styling mode. In this I have learned to
write formal learning by which usage of slang, jargon and abbreviation is avoided.
I have advanced my learning with support of model of reflection such as Kolb's model
and in this cyclic learning is processed with four stages i.e. concrete experience in which new
experience is encountered as by reinterpretation existing skills and knowledge. Reflective
observation is the next stage in which inconsistencies in between understanding and its
experience is processed. Abstract conceptualisation is another stage that assist to generate new
ideas by modifying existing knowledge and the last active experimentation in which I have
leaned the different ideas by emphasising my working skills and abilities. In this skills as
speaking, testing, probing, disclosing and being pervasive is enhanced.
The presentation skills is more important and in this I have worked over while checking
out the original processing. In this better response is expressed to each content as it is progressed
by making clear communication in sustained mode. As an active listener I have make clear
response to each activity and that is stated in clear manner. In this I am able to deliver clear
variety of skills to each individual and it is processed by following clear structure.
In team working skills it is required that each and every individual must have worked to
attain academic and professionalism in terms of success and growth (Rosidin, SUYANTA and
Abdurrahman, 2019). In order to develop this set of skills I have worked over to increases
communication abilities, time management under which each and every activity is completed
over timely basis, enhancement of problem solving skills that assist to resolve each condition
complex situation, critical thinking skills under which ability of mine to advance working
capabilities is advanced.

Communication and IT skills is also be one of the most essential development that help
me to make better interaction with other subordinates. In support of IT skills I have worked to
learned about technical skills so that I could easily manage and control development of
spreadsheet, database etc. In order to enhance non verbal communication I have make easy and
flexible interaction with others team mates (Ying and et. al., 2018). In addition I have also
develop stress management under which probability of solving typical condition is managed so
that productive amount of changes is addressed with perfection.
The problem solving and decision making skills also assist me to make productive
alternation in my skills as in this I am able to resolve each redundancy with simplified mode. In
this I have tried to identify the problem and then search different alternatives then weigh it after
that better option is selected and implemented to control various task. In this I have easily grab
various opportunity by taking quality decisions so that sustained control and focus is maintained
to improve quality services.

It has been summarised from above report that skills and abilities has induced better
learning capabilities by which an individual is able to make there personality different as
compared to other. To process higher education learning it is essential to improve learning style
and performance and it is processed with support of academic writing skills, presentation, team
working, problem solving, communication and IT skills, decision making and many others as
well.
