qualification, I received
the better culture which
is positive. The
positive culture of the

motivating me for

of studying that will
allow me to enhance the
skills and knowledge
for the long period of
time. I was expecting
to increase my standard
and the quality of life in
society by constantly
studding and receiving
the better culture. With
the positive culture of
institution, I increase
my confidence and
boost my performance.
The future implication
contributes largely in

dealing with the
forthcoming
challenges. In the
future I can used all
this concepts for the
welfare of the
organisation and my

reflective learning, I

experiences for me
because the

enhances my capability

among the people and
deliver helping hand in

effectively. With thew

handle the situation

point where I can
