I have discovered that culture plays a
crucial role in studying for a degree in
business management. It comes with a set
of beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours that
explain how people live their lives. The
level of life of individuals is referred to as
cultural expectations. Individuals can use
these expectations to guide their behaviour
in society. On the other hand, I have
observed that a behaviour expectation is a
set of goals for how teachers in a classroom
would like learners to behave. I now
understand why culture and behavioural
norms are so essential to us. These
expectations are crucial for each individual
because they hold them accountable for
their actions and motivate them to improve
their interactions with others. Cultural
expectations help to raise understanding of
