In the field of education, the main role involved is to motivate the learners to develop the
understanding and curiosity to learn. The training focus on the development of individuals and
person learn about the subject and prepare the learner for their assessments or to other related
things. The main focus of education and training is inspiring the learners to give their best
according to their capabilities and also which helps towards the development of personal and
professional skills. The main aim of education in individual life is to take responsibility towards
their actions.
The main aspects involved in the role of the teacher as carrying out the assessments, maintaining
clear communication with other people with whom you are working, dealing with organizational
behavior. The teacher also helps individuals to act according to their capabilities also tells them
to work on their weaker areas. The teacher is the person who should give reflection to other
people who means giving the example to the person to learn from their mistakes makes it a step
for success (Lee, 2012).
There are ample of responsibilities attached when you become a teacher such as the
responsibility involves the learner should take that course which enhances his or her career and
have opportunities for the same. The particular course benefits them in the future and aspires to
achieve more and earn success. The teacher should ensure learner should have a safe
environment and have proper support from the teachers when required which helps in dealing
with all the hurdles. The teacher should adhere to the key legislations and practice certain codes.
They should ensure the professional behavior should be experienced rather than people are
getting involved at a personal level.
Their responsibility is that the learner should learn the professional behavior in order to gain
experience for future endeavors and also it contributes to their career and success too. The

their success. In other words, we can say it acts as an individual learning plan which includes all
the necessary which helps individual to analyze their potential and work towards their betterment
for success. The learner should have a healthy relationships with the teacher through which he
can discuss any problem or difficulty which arises related to finance, health and studies, the
person can get proper counseling for the same (Burke,2013).
As a teacher, there are a set of roles and responsibilities involved which are related to the key
aspects of legislation, regulations, and codes of practice. I am working with F.E. College and
assigned with the responsibility of direct and indirect discrimination which are being practiced in
college on regular basis and I would require having the proper knowledge in the same by
identifying the following things:

Parliament and they are enforced by the court. The legislation which would be followed should
include: Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010 and
Children’s Act 1989 and 2004.

environment and welfare of employees within the United Kingdom. In the Data Protection Act
1998 acts as a shield to protect the data of the company which even includes the personal
information and other related information within the United Kingdom. There are set procedures
which are related to the individual’s rights which are necessary to bring in the legislation and
should be followed accordingly.

role of initial and diagnostic assessment which helps in evaluating the skills, strengths and
development areas of learners. Diagnostic assessments help in determines the learner's
capabilities at a higher level. The teacher identifies the learner’s needs at the time of teaching
which shows their skill and talent for one thing they are passionate about and they help learners
to pursue those talents which require proper guidance and also helps in development.
