Whereas development culture is a kind of process of enabling all kinds of cultural activities for
realization of desired future especially for a community or an organization which is culturally
rich and vibrant.
How might Hightown Housing develop an inclusive learning and development
culture?
Hightown Housing can become a inclusive learning organization by facilitating learning
on the basis of unique abilities and proficiencies for their diverse range of people working for
them by focusing upon their needs for working within their organization (Welford, ed., 2016).
This will help Hightown Housing in increasing efficiency of their workers and they will be able
