Introduction
Business environment is highly dynamic as it includes several internal and external
elements which can change over the period of time. Each and every business entity works in a
particular environment which further affect their operations profoundly. In addition , change in
political conditions and new technologies have been transformed business in an efficient manner.
now, the companies are required to incorporate such changes in business to ensure long term
growth and sustainability (Koenig and Sneddon, 2017). The present study is based on HIKMA
pharmaceuticals PLC which is a multinational pharmaceutical company based on London. It
was founded in 1978 by Samih Darwazah and produces non-branded & in-licensed
pharmaceutical products. The study will cover the impact of technological changes on the
company along with the detail of its technology strategy. Additionally, impact of business ethics
and CSR will also discuss in the following report. Furthermore, influencing elements of decision
making process of the company will also discuss in the given study.

Nowadays, technology has become a crucial part of business. Companies are likely to
implement advance and unique techniques to ensure smooth functioning of the entity in longer
