INTRODUCTION
The health dinner population is a important aspect which is necessary to be considered by
different councils and plans. With in the hillingdon, they have different demographic status that
help in determining needs of services among population. They also have different health issues
as this issue regarding inequalities of services within population which result in occurrence of
disease in people (Fitzgerald, 2017) .
DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE OF HILLINGDON
The Hillingdon is a diverse borough which has demographic profile of 48 percent of
residents. These residents are from minority and ethnic group. It has been estimated that there are
312,600 people are live in this borough. There are approx 7.3 percent people are living of age 0
to 4 years. The estimation of 5 to 15 years old people are 14.7 percentage. The percentage of
working people in Hillingdon borough is of 64.6 who are age of 16 to 64 years (Ang, Spring and
Matters, 2019). There are 7 percent people are present with in this borough of 65 to 74 age. The
people who are over age of 75 are 6.3 percentage. The demographic helps in determining needs
of services by determining sex, ethnic and age with in population. As particular group of
population have high number of occurrence of different condition. This population describe the
demand of services and care. The changes in birth rates and migration provide impact on care
and services in a short period of time. With the help of demographic scale of population, health
issues can be estimated from scale of population which help in determining impact of issues on
health with in population.
HEALTH ISSUE IN HILLINGDON
The health issue mainly occurs when a normal metabolism of body becomes fail due to
various determinants (Williams, Howells and Ganapathi, 2016). These determinants can be occur
as pathogen, pollutant and other that can cause impact on health and which result in arise
problems. These problems are consider as disease. The condition of being disease refers to health
issues that is occur from impact of various problems that alter the health in to disease. The health
issue occur within this borough is cancer. As there are approx average 540 deaths are present due
to this health issue.

The health inequalities refer to avoidable differences that occur with in specific
population and across the population. The inequalities occur as against the rule of socially. These
inequalities are determined by socially and by circumstances that control on individual. There are
various factors that cause health inequalities with in population (Hollocks and et. al., 2019). This
also involves unequal distribution of health and other needs of population between populations.
These can cause various influence on the population including influencing on access to services.
The Marmot review on inequalities of health is based on the evidence that address the social
determinants of health. It provides the condition in which population is work age and grows
which result in development of inequalities of health. it also includes that all children and young
people are enable to increase their capability and have their own right to control their life. In the
population of hillingdon, they are highly affected from cancer which is the main cause of that
among population. There are provision of different services among young people and older
people (Bell and et. al., 2016). This cause of Cancer among the population which is the highest
rate within population of hillingdon borough. They has inequality can be explained with the help
of social determinants of health that is age. The health provision provides different health
services to different age group. As there are maximum number of people occurs in older age who
are having cancer and have high death rate. But this is minimum among younger people who
have low that rates even the health condition are the poorer.

ways (Griffin, 2019). This policy has some AIMS regarding cancer is that to improve condition
of people regarding cancer. It also includes ensuring about needs and requirements of individuals
of their cancer so that they can attain proper professional support and services including their
treatments. Their objective includes minimizing inequalities so that each and every patient can
get appropriate care and services regarding their disease. There are different approach which are
taken by policies is that to increase number of specialist and professionals so that they can reach
maximum to cancer patient. This also includes minimizing a shortage of efficient staff member’s
nurses Central practitioners and healthcare professionals which is important to diagnosis of
cancer. They also use different approaches so that they can provide awareness about impact of it
(Erasmus, 2019). As there are various minority ethnic groups are present which have their
particular needs. This policy uses different approach so that they can provide every information
to them and can improve the accessibility of services to these groups. They also support cost
effective approach so that they can implement support for the population. They consider various
recommendations within Cancer disease has to assess potential techniques which can help in
Cancer disease. This also includes to increase good practices among staff members and
healthcare professional so that they can provide appropriate screening to their patients. The
cancer network is responsible for planning services and providing treatment to all population of
borough. They provide care and services in both tertiary and secondary sectors by service
providers of palliative care. The cancer information centre of hillingdon provide proper quality
of support information to cancer patients. As they have proper train professionals in which some
of them have personal experience of this health issues. They provide support to people by
arranging various therapies to them. They also provide information about nutrition, diet and
treatment to their patients. They consider health issue directly by providing information and
services to cancer patients directly. Their services are effective among patients. The health care

that they can support work and education that help in increasing mental health and wellbeing of
public. The transport council of hillingdon provides team work with businesses so that they can
encourage work. The outcomes of provision are affecting among population as their health and
wellbeing can be enhanced and improved. They follow proper policies with their provision in
order to deliver and developing more care of people who are living in hillingdon. They also
provide public health to various groups those who are needed to vision public health most. the
