To improve the existing skills of management and staff, it is necessary to develop a plan.
Whenever a new employee is join a company, firstly analyzes its performance level and its

way to attract more number of customers. Management team should measure the ability of every

service to their customers. Hire some supervisors in order to monitor the performance of all the
