risks can be effectually managed and contingency plans for same can be made. Some essential
aspects of project management plan are given as below:
Cost – This is the most significant aspect of project management plan which refers to making
estimation of overall cost that is needed to complete the project. Costs like labour, assets as well
as direct expenses are mainly calculated before implementing the plan.
Scope – Before execution of the project, it is crucial to understand its scope first so that its
probability to become successful can be assessed as well as results of project can be developed
accordingly (Ledford and Gast, 2018).
Time – Time is considered to be one of the most essential aspects of project management plan as
if it is not given with due consideration, to attain the set deadline of its completion of project is
not possible. It is important to specify the duration for completing each activity so that final
deadline can be met timely.
Quality – There are always some specific standards based on the nature of project that are
essential to be complied with to maintain the quality of results. A project has high chances to
become a failure if in case quality standards have not been properly followed (Bresler and Stake,
2017).
Communication – Along with all other aspects, communication also plays a vital role in making
a project successful. It is crucial to clearly communicate about the project management plan
considering various working relationships so that associated stakeholders can be made satisfied.
Risk – If associated risks of the project are not assessed on time i.e. prior its execution, there is
high probability that the project will get failed (Quinlan and et.al., 2018). Therefore, all possible
risks should be identified and assessed first before implementation of the project which is an
important aspect of its management plan so that chances of getting failed can be reduced.
Resources – To have sufficient availability of resources like manpower, finance and physical is
significant so that all activities required for the completion of project will effectually be run and
there will be no delay in achieving the results of same (Humphries, 2017).

websites which require specific payment to be made prior to get access of same. Thus, these
might have to be left if its cost is too high and therefore, risk of skipping of valuable information
is there. Also, due to having restricted time limit for the completion of study, this is not possible
