For completing this poster, the chosen organisation
is Hilton, it is a brand which provides hospitality
services to its customer. Hilton was founded in 1919
by Conard Nicholson Hilton. It is one of the largest
hotel brand in the world.

Past operation
The past operation of Hilton was
quite good as the brand focuses on
expanding their business across
globe. Hilton is known for its
hospitality services as the hotel
provides better quality of services
and facilities to its customer. As per
the data collected on 2019, there are
84 hotels of Hilton across the globe
with 216,379 rooms in more than 94
countries and territories (Kibe,
Ogutu and Ojwach, 2019). In
2010, the brand has changes its name
and rename as Hilton hotels and
resorts along with new logo.
Future operations
Hilton is developing various strategies that help the
hotel in developing high customer experience and
satisfaction in order to gain new market share and
growth in the competitive market. Developing new
market and product in the hospitality industry helps in
building relationship among employees and customers
of the company (Kryukova and Khetagurova, 2020).
Goals
The long term goal of Hilton is to generate more and
more revenue by selling different things including
meals, room service and other facilities.
