attainment of goals of organisation (Annarelli and Nonino, 2016).
Management of organisation is also including different function
including planning, organisation, directing and controlling. This
project report includes study of Hilton International organisation
which is an American international organisation which was
established by Conrad Hilton in the year1919.

Change management refers to method in which company describe as well as
implement change in process of company (Song and Yu, 2018). This change
management various step or changes and providing support to employees as well
as activities for pre as well as post changes. For successful implementation of
change in organisation require proper cooperation. To implement changes in
Hilton international organisation they need to define changes they want to
implement. Organisation also need to select a team for change management.

adopted by organisation as there are various people in organisation who
resist changes. Goals of Unfreezing is to create awareness for
acceptability of changes in organisation by increasing awareness in

ways of thinking and reacting need to be examined for show employees
benefit for changes in remain competitive in organisation.
