enhance positive outcomes and results. In this way, the business can attain profitable results

A research philosophy is that element which helps in making the researcher to believe
about the way he is going to do the research is better in every context. Thus it deals with the way
in which data in relation to subject matter should be collected, analyzed and used. Thus a
research philosophy helps in building a good research design and other elements of the
methodology.

A research design is the blue print of the research study which involves collection,
measurement and analysis of the data. It gives the researcher an aid in allocating the limited
resources by utilizing the crucial choices in methodology. Research design helps in finding out
the answers of research questions. It is a plan and structure of investigation. There are majorly
three types of research designs and those are: Exploratory, descriptive and hypothesis(Rochon,
du Bois and Lange, 2014). For the purpose of this study the research design taken account is
Descriptive research design as it will help in collecting the data from the questionnaire and helps
in making of analysis of that.
Research Approach
A research approach also plays a vital role in conducting the research as through the
approach a researcher knows how and what kind of the research should be taken out so that the
aims and objectives of the research study can be met. Thus there are different types of research
studies which can help in making the research better and they are: applied, fundamental,
Descriptive, quantitative and qualitative research approaches(Mukhopadhyay and Gupta, 2014).
Thus undertaking the best according to the topic helps in making the research effective.
Data Collection
Herein there are two data collection techniques which helps in finding out the relevant
data related to the subject matter. The two sources of data collection are Primary and secondary
data collection techniques. Primary sources of data is collected by undertaking an interview or a
questionnaire, also it is collected through the different set of surveys(Emmel, 2015). On the other
hand secondary sources of data is collected through the books, magazines, journals, white

papers, news papers, etc. Thus for the purpose of this study the data is collected from both the
sources as both are important from the point of view of subject matter.
Sampling
Sampling is another important technique which is used by the researcher to find out the
most suitable target audience who can effectively give their view on making the research project
better and without any biasness involved. Thus the researcher through appropriate sampling
technique finds the people who can draw or answer the questions framed by him to collect the
data. The various type of sampling methods are stratified, Systematic, cluster, area, probability,
convenience, judgmental and quota sampling(Harley and et.al, 2015). Thus to collect the
appropriate data the audience chosen by the researcher is as per his knowledge and the reach,
which makes him use convenience sampling method.
Data Analysis
Data analysis forms the important part of the research as through the analysis of data only
a researcher will make interpretations on the data and further the recommendations can be made
in order to solve the problem or to make necessary changes in the current operations for the
better future. Thus to do an analysis of the data it is important for a researcher to have the tools
for that(Drabble and et.al, 2014). Thus merely collection of the data is not the end of the
research, the data needs to be structured in a systematic manner which helps in making the pie
charts and bar charts through which analysis of the data is easy and convenient for the author or
the scholar.

In order to conduct the research in an appropriate manner it is vital for the researcher to
make the necessary analysis of the environment and the resources which are being utilized at the
time of the research. Thus it is important that the researcher should consider the rules and
regulations which are made in respect of preserving the resources. There should not be over
utilization of the resources(Wang and et.al, 2013).

Thus as per the research it has been identified that in the present scenario corporate social
responsibility is the key and delivering it in an appropriate manner will make the business to
achieve the competitive edge and further the analysis of the data collected it has been examined
that in order to have that edge over the competitors the businesses should undertake different
measures in relation to corporate social responsibility. The measures are:
 Top management should take initiative towards CSR and determine that they will
actually carry out measures related to CSR.
 Mission, Vision and values statement of the firm should go beyond making the profit and
should be specifically reflecting the ethical and responsible business practices.
 Integration of CSR in decision Making.
 Accountability For CSR in Job Profiles.
 Recruitment and promotion policies of the firm should highlight the entity's commitment
towards CSR.
 Influencing others to be socially responsible.

P7 Reflection gain from conducting the project
From the above report, it has been reflected that there are different types of techniques
and tools take place for the researcher. I found that with the help of above research program aims
and objectives are easily ascertain which develop plan for the company. In this way, they can
easily enhance their performances and outcomes which assist to create various advantages within
the business environment. In addition to this, Gantt chart is also produced by me which can be
determines in different stages and implementation of the project. I also found that there are two
types of methods which ascertain to carry the research program in effective way. With the help
of this research analysis, primary and secondary research has been carrying which assist to take
different advantages within the business environment.

Both techniques are useful to ascertain effective results and outcomes. Primary elements
are also determines collection of fresh resources which determines effective results and
performances. It is important for make analysis in different themes which made in the
questionnaire. With the help of this analysis, it has been shown that there are various advantages
to undertake effective results and performances. On the other hand, secondary data also analysis
the performances and outcomes to make proper aspect of the business in creative way. In this
aspect, I had taken different types of resources such as journals, articles, newspaper and many
other resources. In this aspect, I can perform my level best performances within the environment.
After collection of both resources, with the help of different charts and themes can be develops
which can be understood in different aspects.
With the help of applying these resources, I can make proper functioning and research
program at workplace. In this way, I can also understand findings which applicable to make
further research program within the company. There are also such techniques which carry to
assess the business results and performances in effective manner. It includes different methods
such as research design, research analysis and research philosophy, etc. It assists to make
effective research program for understanding the program in effective way. There are various
element which need to be understand to carry effective research development for understand the
problem. In this aspect, it is important to make sure that productivity will be enhanced that are
related to CSR activities. In addition to this, for conducting research program with different tools
and techniques. In this aspect, it has been shown that statistical tools are also assist to develop
effective research program for determines results in effective way.
With the help of this research analysis, it has been assess that CSR activities can be
implement at workplace of Hilton hotel in positive way. With the development of different types
of strategies, responsibility can be determine to each person within the business environment. In
this way, I had prepared questionnaire that assist to find out different types of solution for
ascertain the effective results and performances. With the help of Gantt chart, I also learned
many things which would be beneficial to make effective results and performances within the
organization. Hence, targets can be achieve for make effective results.
There are different types of results which develops outcomes and performances. With the
help of CSR practices, it has been taken that there are demonstrate understanding to implement

such practices at workplace. In order to make sure that there are different elements which can be
undertake through creating business environment profitable. It includes CSR policies, regulations
and many other aspects which need to make effective program in whole research. With the help
of effective outcomes and performances, it has been analysis that there are themes which need to
be analysis to undertake effective results and program at workplace. It will assist to grow
outcomes and performances which helpful to make sure that profitability will be develops.
During the activities which were conducted, there were some questions which were asked
to them. The thing which went was the hesitation of the employees. While the task, they were not
able to give proper response. This was the confidential matter of the company so most of the
employees were feeling very hesitate while answering. They do not want to be the person who
are causing the problems. But the thing is that we managed to calm down all the employees. We
created the environment in such a friendly way that all the employees can easily talk about their
feeling and what they felt during the time of activities. After this all the things went pretty well.
Because the organization was able to find out the problems and they found the solutions of all
the problems faced by the employees.
