equal opportunity by respecting distinctive values. Equality and diversity is an essential element
through which organisation can promote healthy practices in workplace structure.
Ways in which gender inequality affects performance and productivity of company
According to the viewpoint of Kiser, gender equality has direct impact upon productivity
and performance of employees. It further lead organisation to face many challenges to maintain
overall productivity of organisation. In addition to this, it has been evaluated that gender quality
have negative impact upon overall growth and development of employees and affects brand
image and decision making of company.
