provides various dimensions through which performance of the employees in Hilton get
evaluated (Ionel, 2016). The feedback of the employees and workers working in hotel are
collected from their peer group, subordinates managers, direct reports and customers. This
method also helps to remove the bias from the performance. It gives a clear understanding of the
competency of individual.
Management by objectives - It defines the specific common objectives for achieving the
individual objectives (Kandampully, Zhang and Jaakkola, 2018). It creates the culture in Hilton
to achieve a common objective and goal. When the specific objective gets achieved it also helps
to increase the employee morale. It is helpful for achieving one time task in an organization. The
work gets done by establishing management by objectives in Hilton.
Recognition and reward programs - Motivation level gets increased when the employees and

based on the proper analysis and identification of the needs of the customers.
