hotel and resort service. It was founded in 1919 by Conrad Hilton. They have their hotels present in
more than 85 countries. This assignment will lay emphasis on role of Human resource management
in supporting business strategy and ways it can be developed within an organization, physical
resource management, role of marketing in supporting business strategy and role of information
system management within an organization.

resource in the organization are Recruitments, employee retentions, effective decisions on
employment law and compliances, Health and safety related issues as well as Staff training and
