PESTEL analysis is conducted by the Hotel in order to analyse the impact of macro
factors on the organisation. Hilton will conduct PESTEL analysis in order to know about the
positive and negative impact on its functioning. Below is the PESTEL analysis of Hilton hotel:
Political factors: These factor includes the government intervention. Factors include
here are labour law, foreign trade law etc. As earlier there was crisis in Greece and due to
this fact customers got negative and this affect the sales of Hilton hotel.
