technology which is used by the hospitality industry. It is necessary for the organization to adopt
different changes by bringing technology and innovation within the firms functioning at different

organization in this report is Hilton hotels and resort, it is a global organization which is
providing its services in hospitality industry and the flagship of American multinational
hospitality company Hilton. Company is operating 586 Hilton hotels and resort where it offers
more than 200000 rooms in 85 countries to its customers for satisfying their needs and
requirements regarding hospitality industry and their services (Murphy, Hofacker and Gretzel,
2017). Under this research report there is a discussion on the aims and objectives of the research
report which is related to investigate the impact of managing technology and innovation in
