LIMITATIONS
The limitations to this research are going to be related to the topic its self. As the topic is

factors that are considered to be the reason due to which there is a lack of proper consistency

that impact the ways in which it can be taken into the consideration. Time and money has to be
considered as the major limitation to this research which is the reason why the more advanced
tools and research was able to be conducted. The impacts of the research have also decreased due
to the lack of impacts of the ways in which the business in order to gather the growth that is
essential. This research could have benefitted from the quantitative research type which would
have helped with understanding the employee perspective with details. However, in order to
compensate the use of SPSS the thematic analysis has been used in the form of qualitative study
to find the significance of research on how the training and development is increasing the
business performance. The focus of this research is on the selected sample which is not going to
effectively explain how effective the business has been in order to find the real foundation to the
ways in which the researchers is able to build the research objectives.
