ACTIVITY 1
In our Hiro’s Food, we need software for controlling the system and Linux is very powerful and secure
compared to other software systems. Why Linux? Because our restaurant has been doing some kind of
services for people who want to eat-out. It is very important in terms of meeting the needs of our clients
and Hiro’s Food. Linux can remove viruses easily and there is no threat in terms of viruses and also if we
want to make it safe we can download Panda antivirus additionally to our operating system and it will be
much more secure for our important data and information. Another reason to protect our data and
information both internally and externally.
The supervisors of the restaurant decided to purchase and using hardware we want to meet the client’s
desire. Finally, we bought a scanner for scanning important documents which are related to our restaurant
policy, IP telephone is essential for us to call to each other as it is very fast to call to staff and we have to
add Ram to use our computer properly and HDD 1 Terabyte and because our clients are increasing and we
have to change our computer storage to collect data for our clients and store internal information.
For our Hiro’s Food Restaurant transmitting data is very important until now we have been using wireless
internet connection and yesterday we changed it in Ethernet cable. Because if we know about fast working
the key of the greatness and the working pace is necessary for our Hiro’s Food company. Moreover, we
have created a Local Area Network (LAN) for our restaurant because of its price and trustability for us and
LAN for only the small area network system.
IT infrastructure impact on Hiro’s Food restaurant is related to online and offline ordering between Clients
and us. In our company all of us trying to communicate with clients through online ordering app and also
we have email and Telegram to make an easy communication. The dining room staff always busy with
people who wanted to eat out, and the Receptionist works with clients who are complaining about our
service and gives some kind of response to them in a positive way.
IT infrastructure will have great positive impact if we will develop our company’s working system properly.
If we will develop our knowledge because of cutting edge technologies year by year and we may compete
with our competitors and can give a lot of comfortable services to our clients who have chosen our
restaurant service. Moreover, we have to change our LAN to Wide Area Network (WAN) as it is important
to give them several privileges like giving them free wireless internet.
ACTIVITY 2
Hiro’s Food Restaurant has an adequate reputation to achieve clients need because of internal and external
data and information long experience. We are using external data and information and has a high range of
data analysis which is related to the clients order and so on. Furthermore, we have been using internal data
to know about employees’ characteristic to the clients and their personal information also available to our
database and we are using it in advance.
Computer external data and information can be stored and used by PC programs and Hiro’s Food
Restaurant is relying on gathering and utilizing data to plan and operate a stable menu that is rooted in the
client’s desire. For example, if a lot of people want to change the one type of the delicious food like adding
some kind of spices and so on. Another point is that all of the working hours and days will check by
accountants to give a salary.

In our Hiro’s Food Restaurant has its platform which we help to use of data and information. Firstly, “Hiro’s
staff platform” in this platform our all of the employees have been using some this platform to know about
all of the daily processes in our company. And they can know about holidays work hours as well as
comfortable to exchange some kind of data and information through our platform. Second, “waiter.com”
site for our all employees to learn some kind of new knowledge to work like experienced worker and make
happy Hiro’s Food Company clients. “Thebalance.com” is one open-source site to make some kind of
financial options and always try to take several types of information which will help us to develop Hiro’s
Food Company internally and externally.
Social networks like Telegram, Facebook Instagram, and Google are some of the best online systems for
advertisements. For example, they can transmit data and content to show Hiro’s Food Company and
targeting wider markets for our restaurants and its reputation in advance. Also, the US has some kind of
key to control and can take information from any site and any time. Therefore for our restaurant email and
our own Hiro’s Food Restaurant portal pretty good to give several feedbacks from clients.
Manipulating and using data essential for our restaurant as changing imminently in every sphere to human
life. For example, all of the information which is related to our staff will always change because they may
work differently and take different privileges if they work hard. Our security norms and codes will be
changed by the technician of the restaurant.
ACTIVITY 3
Every company has its user access policy (UAP). I have created a user access policy for our Food Restaurant
with the director. If our Restaurant will not follow to this rules and its workers may lead to the negative
consequences in the long run. If Hiro’s Food Restaurant has got AUP and all of the workers have been
adhering to all of the rules for a long time.
Knowing about potential threats to data and information.
Requirement for staffs Staff and all of the supervisors have to keep secret all data, information as well as
system. They have to tell to the IT technician or Cybersecurity programmer immediately if they know about
weak security measures of the restaurant. Do not use computers for personal use because there may rise
an internal thread. Workers must not connect USB and any kind of storage to the computer system and
must not exchange data and information. Entering to the security system has been restricted.
The process of the protecting data.
To store data all of the information have to gather to the secure data site which is the unreachable place or
hot site. Furthermore, cybersecurity developers have created virus detection or have downloaded some
Panda antivirus because it is very powerful to protect computer systems, and also firewall is one of the
good protection from malicious software. All of the data and information have to back-up all data which is
important for the company and its working process. If the workers of the company will try to destroy
company data protection should fire and pay $500.00
Waiters requirement
All of the waiters must have at least 1-year of experience and not to seat in front of the clients and must
not speak louder to the customers. If this situation will happen we will give them fair tail like decreasing
their point and if they will take -5 we have to fire this type of workers as they will affect in a negative way to
our Restaurant.

Using internet and email rules.
Workers must use all of the internet sites, email, and social networks for personal use. All of the using email
contacts will intercept by company owners and trustable workers. Actually, in this process, we can find stop
theft data internally. Using the internet and social networks properly to increase knowledge which will help
to develop a restaurant in advance.
The moral and ethical issues and the use of IT
In our restaurant workers may hurdle with some kind of potential threats intentionally and unintentionally.
Workers must use the restaurant app properly and they have to prepare taken orders and deliver them. If
this happens for the first time will give them instructions. if workers repeat illegal issues to use IT we will
fire that person.
Professional guidelines and code of practice.
Code of practice users has to provide a safe working and storing data atmosphere. Moreover, coding of
the practice includes design running systems and revolutionize development in this platform. Code of
practices should be monitored and regulated formally. New workers of the Hiro’s Food Restaurant have
to know about our professional guideline Communicating properly with clients

 Delivering orders on time.
 Using internet for restaurant development.
 Knowing about: email will always intercept.
Managing infrastructure of information and data.
All data and information should be stored in a secure main server, and all information, such as financial
records, restaurant security procedures, and employee information, should be backed up by Hiro's Food
Restaurant IT technician. If someone attempts to delete these records or records, they must pay a
minimum of $2000 in damages for their unlawful act.
