INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the ability to build up then zeal performance of the employees. It is the
activity of influencing peoples to strive willingly for the group objectives. Management is the
process of which bring human and material resources which is help to motivates people for the
achievement of objectives (Antonakis and Day, 2017). This report is consists the history of
leadership and management style. This study is based on various theories of leadership and
management and it development in now days. Study lays emphasis on the key theories of
leadership and management within a range of context and its environment. It is also highlighted
by understand and evaluate the various leadership style according to situation.

The traits' theory is the result of first dynamic and systematic efforts of researches to understand
the leadership (Traits theory, 2017). This gives the main and effective posses of person. Now
days, its adds new key features of this theory is to explain peoples posses with quality. In

Transformational leadership theory

Behaviour theory
At the 1900, this theory is classified as such because they focus on the study of specific
behaviour of leaders and team members. This help to management is provided real marketing
potential, as behaviour of peoples. In these leaders are task oriented and try to give their effective

Theories of management
System theory
In this 1900 onward this theory is give work systematic ways but not use the system of
work and not have any structure of work (Dugan, 2017). System theory of management has the
aim for achieving an integrated and balance whole business and its operations. At present it is
very effective and valuable for making proper and systematic process of work and its structures.
This theory has some feature may includes the identifying the overall goal of the organisation,
working so that its various elements function to achieve the goal.
Human relation theory
At 1900 years ago peoples are very concern about relations of peoples and make effective
relations with everyone at workplace and Human management is responsible for manage the
humans. Now days this theory is emphasis the importance of aligning then needs of the workers
with the needs of humans and adopting new policies for the work and growth of the work.
Policies are help to stops discriminations at workplace. It is effective and valuable for achieving
the goals and objectives of firm.
Scientific management theory
Before 1900 onwards science is not implemented in the world and have not any scope. In
these peoples are not use the technologies and not use. But times leaders are use their traditional
theories for improve their work and leadership styles. Now day's science is help to improve
productivity of work and help to increase the workplace. This approaches uses date and
measurements to make more effective (Grint and et.al., 2016). By observing and evaluating
processes in numerical terms. In this management is able to distil information the helps them run
their business in more effective manner. This is effective and best for making the effectiveness
for gain and achieve the objectives and goals of organisation.
Henry fayol
This is the management principles for manage their statements which are based on the
fundamental truth. It has the 14 principles but there is 5 are most important which are division of
work in this management can provide the effective and valuable work divided into the employees
according to their qualification and work culture. Discipline is effective and very manageable at

Max Webber
It is the systematic formation of any organisation and workplace. By these leaders are
able to make the effective and valuable changes according to work (Holten and Brenner, 2015).
In this management and leaders are responsible for making and dividing job responsibility into
the employees.
Frederick Taylor
It is described the applications of scientific methods to the management of workers and
every peoples. It is interesting for improving their work productivity effectively.

workplace and everywhere.
Miscommunication
It is the very biggest problem which is faced by the peoples when they convey their
massage at the time of work. This creates the very biggest problem and its result is very bad. In
this situation leadership theory is support to them. This help to handle any situation at workplace.
This situation is very common but it can handle by the management and every peoples. It is
effective and valuable for the work (Iqbal, Anwar and Haider, 2015). In these roles of
management is make effective and system use easy and normal communication skill.
Labour turnover
Labour turnover is the effective and efficient for the work. Like employee is on leave in
this work of organisation is suffers In these situations leaders are take the support of
transformational leadership style. This theory help to make aim and support to peoples of them.
In these roles of management is help to take support of system theory. This help to make their
effective system for hiring and selecting the best and eligible candidates for the work.
Leadership style are help top make the effective and valuable changes in every place and
also in organisation.
