In the early age, cultural aspects, learning languages and travelling challenges restricted (Capacci, Scorcu and Vici, 2015). In 14 century

The arrival of tour and travel business take place in very ancient time as previously people was used to travel on foot for hunting, looking
for shelter, make pilgrimages or exploring purposes. The development in the tour and travel sector starts after the invention of wheels as it
was provide a new mode of transportation. In the year 1822 Robert smart acclaimed himself as the first steamship agent as he started
booking passengers on his ship and start the mode of travelling.
1945-1979, Year 1945 is refers as when the main
developments started in the tour and travel businesses.
In the middle of the 1950's onwards in UK development
of the tour operators started which change the industry
in a big context. Individual tour and travel business
activities are started to integrating as hotels are stated
offer various other services rather than simply
accommodation
The travel and tourism sector is very huge and vast. The systematic structure of tour and travel business consists with various factors such as:

can't be imagined without the transportation part in it. There are various types of transportation are available such as airlines, railways, buses, Cruise
liners, rental taxis and so on.
Economic impacts
In the year 2012 Spain was consolidated third position in the tourism sector in terms of
foreign visitors and second at generating the revenue out of it. The tourism is Spain considered
as a highly seasonable industry. The trend in tourism business in Spain has also play a significant
role for the labour market therefore tourism has a huge impact on the economy and the
employment related affairs. The tourism sector is providing two most influential sector for the
economy which are generating the foreign currency and employment opportunities. These all
aspects are a good sign for the TUI group. The things which TUI needs to consider in Spain is
there are various hidden cost also associated with the tourism which need to take care
otherwise result can be adverse for them.
Social impacts
The positive impact of social factors with reference to TUI in the country such as Spain is
