Disfigurement is defined as state which show ones’
appearance deeply harm due to disease, or any kind
of birth defect and wound that appear on face cause
facial disfigurement (Abou-Abdou and et. al.,
2019). The general societal attitude towards
disfigurement is discriminative and enhancing over
the time. Moreover, social group and communities
always participative in enhancing stigma and
discrimination among population due to face colour
and others. With this, facial disfigurement act as
issue for individual who is dealing with such
consequences. In this poster, the history of facial
disfigurement is well discussed (Alberti, and
Hoyle, 2021).
As per the above discussion, injuries on face cause
various complication that is related with facial
disfigurement where in past time, people or population
is used to suffer from stigma that may happen due
change in facial fraction due to injury.
