This case study delves into the complexities of managing chronic health problems, focusing on a 75-year-old patient named Voula. It addresses potential issues like dyspnea, COPD, and coronary artery disease, emphasizing the importance of maintaining adequate oxygen saturation. The study explores the use of walking frames for patients with osteoarthritis and the need for behavioral treatments to manage incontinence. It also examines the social, emotional, physical, and financial impacts of chronic illness on the individual. Furthermore, the case study identifies potential causes of osteoarthritis in Voula's case and stresses the significance of an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, and physical therapists, working collaboratively to improve the patient's overall health. Desklib offers a wealth of resources, including past papers and solved assignments, to aid students in their studies.

There are various reason to use the walking frame where one of the main cause is Osteoarthritis
which is the medical history of patient where due to suffering from various sign and symptoms
which show the risk of different disease. To get proper support in walking and getting support

walking frame. This can help to walk and making balance along with provides strength to uphold
the balance to walk through passage. This also provides support during walk of feeling some
health issues like risk of frail (Krenn, (2017)).
