1. Why did you choose this Workshop?
Teamwork helps an individual to achieve more. I choose this Workshop because it will help
me to become a team player by achieving powerful and greater outcomes in the future. While
working within the team will help me to inculcate effective behavior so that I can build an
effective relationship with my team members.
2. How will the information from the Workshop support your placement?
The information gained through the Workshop had helped me understand the diversification
within a team. I get to know that individuals with different cultural and religion background
bring diversification within the team. However, it is much necessary for an individual to
consider their own behavior so that they can positively influence the other team members to
bring effective outcomes. Recognition of various roles within the team is much necessary as
it help the team members to avoid various conflicts and confusions. It will help me to
effectively maintain my position as a team member. I often looked forward to solve various
issues, which arises into tasks. The Workshop had helped me to participate in the

The Workshop had helped me to understand how to network effectively. I have looked
forward to identify the essential people to whom I should effectively network. During the

has been effective in provide knowledge about the efficiency of learning skills. It has

my ability to execute the communication skill in a well-organized manner.

The identification of the importance of listing in communication has been identified. This
will be beneficial as I will be able to develop by listing skills in the placement. During the

This Workshop on Emotional Intelligence has been effective in developing the ability to
understate the changing behavior of the people. Knowledge has been gain on the effective
evaluation of the EI. Information regarding the changing ideologies of the people has been
beneficial for the analysis of the people in an effective manner.
2. How will the information from the Workshop support your placement?
The Workshop has provided tremendous information regarding the importance of EI in
understating the human behavior. The people with the close observation of EI are able to
understating the nature possesses by another individual in the placement. The use of EI in the
understating of practices undertaken is been considered to a major gain from the Workshop.
This will help me in my placement, as I will be able to understand the psychology of the
recruiter and function accordingly for the execution of better results. I will use EI to impress
the recruiter and thus perform in an organized manner to gain placement.
