Train employee:
For safety purpose, I would like to limit the risk of injury by providing effective safety
inductions in a written instruction that helps to provide safety methods to the people(Clarkson
and et.al., 2018). For that, effective training session need to be provided in order to ensure that
all the staff members are performing safely and provide ongoing extra training If they needed.
Keep an open dialogue:
With the help of effective open door policy, I would like to hold regular health and safety
meetings that assist to ensure that company provide effective maintenance to the employees.
Like, first aid training, fire safety and emergency training. Also, all the staff members should be
encouraged enough in order to share the ideas as well as thoughts that assist to improve the
safety in a workplace(Kiran, 2021).
Record keeping:
I would ensure that the workplace keep complying with the effective equipment where
company maintain the safety and also ensure about the workplace policies are complied with the
employees so that effective outcome can be generated.

I realized that that when I could not complete my work according to the time frame I get
panic and work under stress which sometimes effect on my performance as well. On the other
hand I get tired very quickly during my work which results into not accomplishing the task on
time which puts me under the stress and affecting my mental and physical health(Kovaľová, and
et.al., 2018). In order to reduce or overcome the stress I started working in intervals and spend
time with my co-workers which helps me to relive my stress for that time period and in order to
reduce the problem of fatigue it is important to take a good sleep and adopt the sleep health
culture which will helps me reduce my stress and keep me focused on my work in the company.
