Train employee:
For safety purpose, I would like to limit the risk of injury by providing effective safety
inductions in a written instruction that helps to provide safety methods to the people(Clarkson
and et.al., 2018). For that, effective training session need to be provided in order to ensure that
all the staff members are performing safely and provide ongoing extra training If they needed.
Keep an open dialogue:
With the help of effective open door policy, I would like to hold regular health and safety
meetings that assist to ensure that company provide effective maintenance to the employees.
Like, first aid training, fire safety and emergency training. Also, all the staff members should be
encouraged enough in order to share the ideas as well as thoughts that assist to improve the
safety in a workplace(Kiran, 2021).
Record keeping:
I would ensure that the workplace keep complying with the effective equipment where
company maintain the safety and also ensure about the workplace policies are complied with the
employees so that effective outcome can be generated.

 Designing of effective ventilation and alteration that help to protect the public from the
hazard. This can be performed at the time of designing a building (Madsen and et.al.,
2020). This is importance because machines are working and that is why, proper
environment needed by employees that help to protect from hazard and injury.
 It is necessary to make effective safety culture at the workplace and provide adequate
training to the employees so that they can understand the measures to follow while
handling any hazardous equipment and communication with the superiors is important in

helps in evaluating the various modifications to be made in the plan which helps in
mitigating the risk and hazards related to the workplace ensuring that health and safety is

company to provide adequate training to their employees and train about the
health and safety of the employees In addition to this it is important for the

organization to create a culture of safety at the workplace by providing proper
training about the use of equipment which can cause damage or injury.
 It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the health and safety of their
employees and invest in safety gears. On the other hand, the fixed budget should
be allocated towards buying the safety gears of good quality(Lingard, and et.al.,
2018). The other thing that should be kept in mind that the safety gears should be
comfortable to the employees and cause cause less damage at the workers
working at hazardous substances.
The most effective way to communicate with the employees about the health and safety practices
is by providing necessary training which helps in providing information about the various safety
equipment and how to operate them during the work(Moyce, and Schenker, 2018). Furthermore,
in the absence of such practices can cause injury to the employees .It is necessary to educate and
communicate about the various health and safety standards as they help in better understanding
of the work.

 In order to accomplish the task at the given time period it is very important for the
employees should have specified skill and knowledge. It is very necessary to monitor the
performance of less experience employees by experienced employees as it will helps in
identifying the areas where they are lacking and also results into sharing of the
knowledge and experience with the peer in the company.
 For the development and implementation of safe workplace policies and procedure by
regularly monitoring and training the less experienced employees so that they can
understand their nature of work easily and also about the risk that is involved while
performing the work(Yanar, Lay, and Smith, 2019). By supporting and engaging with
the other employees in completion of the work and also communicating with them
regarding the safety measures that is to be undertaken while performing their work.

I realized that that when I could not complete my work according to the time frame I get
panic and work under stress which sometimes effect on my performance as well. On the other
hand I get tired very quickly during my work which results into not accomplishing the task on
time which puts me under the stress and affecting my mental and physical health(Kovaľová, and
et.al., 2018). In order to reduce or overcome the stress I started working in intervals and spend
time with my co-workers which helps me to relive my stress for that time period and in order to
reduce the problem of fatigue it is important to take a good sleep and adopt the sleep health
culture which will helps me reduce my stress and keep me focused on my work in the company.

clearly reflect that she is not comply with the workplace procedure and policies at WHS. That is
why, the advice is provided to the Mandy in a very friendly manner that helps to understand that
without wearing gloves always lead to increase the chances of risk like infection etc. Thus, in a
workplace, there is a need to comply with the safety guidelines and with the help of a dialogue of
advice between Mandy and Wendy, it is been clear:
Wendy: hello, Many!! what you are doing is actually not good because you are not allow to
touch the cleaning products without gloves.
Mandy: Sorry, but I though that these are harmless chemicals and that is why I clean the floor
without gloves.

Wendy: Don’t you know that chemicals are always harmful and it might lead to harm and
hazard. Also, in the workplace there is a need to comply with WHS procedure and being a
worker you should aware with the same. So, you have to wear gloves because some of them are
dangerous and take care.
Mandy: Thank you ! Next time, I will be aware with the same.

workbook to extract the relevant information. Hence, Wendy should go through her supervisor or
manager in order to ensure that the information is correct and with the help of team members
they can work in a group.

By keeping herself up to date with the WHS issue, she can investigate about the
workplace and by providing the reliable sources for WHS information, she can make
observation. In addition to this, to ensure that there is a healthy working environment, effective
roles and responsibility need to be ensure by HSR and HSC(London and et.al., 2021). Moreover,
addressing WHS at a systematic level in a workplace also assist to create a better outcome. By

complying with this steps, Wendy can ensure that the workplace is safe to work and employees
